Objective:To explore the correlation between TCM syndrome types of lower extremity varicose veins and routine clinical indexes of inpatients by statistically analyzing the differences of clinical indexes among different TCM syndrome types of lower extremity varicose veins,so as to provide reference for objectification of TCM syndrome types,to guide the clinical treatment. Methods:The general clinical data,CEAP clinical classification and blood routine, routine biochemistry, coagulation function, thromboelasticity test, and glycosylated hemoglobin test results of patients with varicose veins of lower extremities who met the inclusion criteria from February 1,2022 to January 30,2023 in the vascular surgery department of a hospital were collected, and the four diagnostic data of patients with traditional Chinese medicine were recorded and classified according to the syndrome differentiation, and SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.A total of 99 cases were collected in this study, including 30 cases(30.30%)in the dampheat down-injection syndrome group,32 cases(32.32%)in the qi stagnation transforming fire syndrome group, and 37 cases(37.37%)in the Fatigue Injuring Qi Syndrome group. In order to avoid statistical errors, only the remaining three groups of 99 cases were statistically discussed.2.Comparison of general data: 99 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities,42 males and 57 females, with a gender ratio of 1:1.36;There were 25 cases of left side disease,16 cases of right side disease and 58 cases of bilateral disease; The minimum age of patients is 44 years old,the maximum age is 75 years old,and the average age is 60.79 ± 9.81 years old;The shortest course of disease is 2 years, the longest is 30 years, and the average course of disease is15.68 ± 7.77 years;42 patients had family history,47 patients had hypertension,21 patients had diabetes,26 patients had knee arthritis; After calculation, the age, sex, course of disease, distribution of affected limbs and varicose vein of lower extremity family history of the patients in the three groups were not statistically different(P>0.05)and were comparable. The number of hypertension patients in the syndrome group of qi stagnation and fire is more than that in the syndrome group of qi deficiency and blood stasis(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical indicators: moderate patients in the damp-heat down-injection syndrome group were less than those in the other two groups, and severe patients were more than those in the other two groups(P<0.05);The percentage of lymphocytes in the Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group was higher than that in the Qi stagnation to fire syndrome group and the damp-heat down-injection syndrome group(P<0.05);The high density lipoprotein in the Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group was higher than that in the damp-heat downinjection syndrome group(P<0.05);The D-dimer of the syndrome group of qi stagnation to fire is higher than that of the syndrome group of qi deficiency and blood stasis, the R value is higher than that of the syndrome group of qi deficiency and blood stasis, the K value is lower than that of the damp-heat down-injection syndrome group and the syndrome group of qi stagnation to fire, the Angle value is higher than that of the syndrome group of qi deficiency and blood stasis, the CI value is higher than that of the syndrome group of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and the LY30 value is lower than that of the syndrome group of qi deficiency and blood stasis(P<0.10);Conclusion:1.There are differences in the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types among patients with varicose veins:the distribution of syndrome types of 99 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities from more to less is as follows: Fatigue Injuring Qi Syndrome(37.37%)>Qi stagnation and fire transformation syndrome(32.32%)>damp-heat down-injection syndrome(30.30%),and Fatigue Injuring Qi Syndrome group is the most common.2.The clinical grouping of patients with lower limb varicose veins with damp-heat downinjection syndrome group is heavier than that of the fatigue injury qi syndrome group and the qi stagnation and fire transformation syndrome group.3.Lymphocyte percentage,high-density lipoprotein,D-dimer level and thromboelastogram of patients with varicose veins of lower extremities are related to the distribution of syndrome types.Lymphocyte percentage,high-density lipoprotein,D-dimer and thromboelastogram can be used as objective indicators to provide reference for the differentiation and treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.
