As we get more and more attention to environment protection, the regeneration technology of asphalt pavement is also being got more and more attention, and there is more and more repair engineering of asphalt pavement in recent years, so the study of recycling technology of asphalt pavement is appeared very necessary. Now we haven’t unified standards for design method and performance evaluation index of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture in the world, in our county, we got few in this. Therefore, the application study of cold recycled mixture has more realistic significance.Combining climatic characteristics of Heilongjiang,First, we surveyed the diseases of old asphalt pavement, determined the type and cause of main pavement diseases, put forward using cold recycling technology in pavement maintenance. Second,test and analysis the old pavement materials, determine the content of asphalt, asphalt aging degree,aggregate gradation and impurity content, and then do the job of cold recycled mixture ratio design. Then using emulsified asphalt binder as regeneration and adding the right amount of cement to improve early strength mix regeneration, indoor emulsified asphalt mix and road performance experimental study, focusing on the cold recycling mix "secondary compaction" feature to make comparative studies and analysis, and finally paved road through field tests and follow-up observations, summarizes the construction process, site quality control indicators.Studies have shown that the degree of aging asphalt waste asphalt mix is more serious,but also capable of forming a coarse aggregate mix master frame, and then by adding new aggregate grading range can meet the requirements. forming progress of specimen using “50×2+25×2”secondary molding method, fully simulate the construction process, eventually determine the mixture ratio of emulsified asphalt recycled mixture are as follows: new stone materials dosage was 10%, the optimum moisture content, the best dosage of emulsified asphalt and the best dosage of cement respectively are 7.8%, 3.5% and 2.0%. In the last,test the performance of cold recycled mixture. The test results show that the specimen loose loss rate is 0.82%, compressive strength and compressive modulus of resilience are 3.64 MPa and 1078.3 MPa,remnants stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio respectively are 89.5% and 83.0%, trabecular low-temperature bending failure strain for 1814με,60 ℃ dynamic stability is 3516 / mm, mechanics and road performance can meet the requirements. Finally, combined with a highway overhaul project in heilongjiang province,summarizes cold recycling construction technology and quality control measures, after a year, the test section is in good condition, and the structure of cold recycled layer strength increased.
