Study On The Applied Technology Of Emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture

The performance of RAP, renewable raw material properties and cold mix roadperformance were comprehensive evaluated combined expansion project of Lianhuo highwayZheng Luo segment, the emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixing mix design andconstruction technology cold recycling mixing materials were syudyed deeply, which lay afoundation for application and promotion of Emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture, themain conclusions are as follows:（1）The properties of RAP--materials recycled material were studied, the degree ofaging conditions and asphalt aggregate were evaluated of representative old material bydifferent RAP sampling methods, the mechanism of emulsified asphalt regeneration wasanalyzed, various factors affected on the regeneration asphalt mixture were studied.（2）The domestic and international mix design gradation range and the indicator wereanalysied, on this basis, the mix design and control targets for Lianhuo highway Zheng Luorebuild project were proposed combined successful experience of the past, the optimumasphalt content and additional water were determined.（3）The cold renewable raw materials was studied, design method used in this projectand optimization of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mix design system were proposed,influence of cement content and regeneration methods for emulsified asphalt cold recyclingmix design system were studied through laboratory tests.（4）Have an investigation, testing and evaluation on old road traffic of Lianhuohighway Zheng Luo old road segment traffic, pavement rehabilitation program of usingemulsified asphalt cold recycling mixing plant in distress serious road was proposed.Combined with the actual situation of renovation and expansion project, systematic studyconstruction technology of emulsified asphalt cold recycling, a set of construction and qualitycontrol system was proposed, and the economic and social benefits were evaluated.The results show that Lianhuo Zheng Luo segment expansion project entity successfullypaving projects, and with good results, indicating that application technology of emulsifiedasphalt cold recycled mixture is scientific and feasibility, suitable for China’s engineeringpractice, with good economic and social benefits.
