Technical Performance And Construction Technology Of Emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture In Guizhou Mountainous Area

Since the implementation of the western development,Guizhou Province,the rapid growth of the highway has ushered in a period of rapid growth.With the development of economy,the service performance of pavement is decreasing year by year,especially the negative effect of heavy load traffic on asphalt pavement is very important.Highway asphalt pavement damage form is complex and various,and the large and medium repair plan for pavement maintenance is an inevitable problem.In this paper,based on the high speed G60(Guizhou habitat,the new section)asphalt concrete pavement maintenance project,in view of the technical performance and construction technology of cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt mixture.In the first,the actual usage of the existing pavement is evaluated by the investigation of the old pavement history data,the damage state,the structural strength and the maintenance economy.The properties of recycled materials were analyzed,and the aging degree,moisture content and aggregate gradation of RAP were evaluated.Secondly according to characteristics of Guizhou mountain climate condition is complex and changeful,analysis of the rap in the presence of residual strength,and the uniaxial compression test(cylinder),splitting test and analysis of the mechanical properties of cold recycled mixture;through under different temperature conditions take rutting test,bending test of small beam,immersion split split test and fatigue test analysis of its road performance.Finally,the analysis through the research,proposed Expressway in Guizhou mountainous area of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture(base),the construction technology and quality control of the key points,and for different pavement damage,puts forward the corresponding maintenance schemes.On this basis,the cost and total cost of cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt and common asphalt mixture are compared,which reflects the economic and social value of cold recycled mixture.The research shows that the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture has good bearing capacity when used as the base layer or the bottom layer.Using asphalt pavement cold recycling technology,green recycling asphalt pavement waste materials,not only to achieve the use of requirements,but also to protect the environment from pollution,to achieve the harmonious development of people and the environment.
