Research And Design Of Automobile Manufacturing Material Pull System In Kanban Based On JIT

In recent years, the automobile manufacturing industry competition intensifies gradually. In order to improve the production efficiency, the automobile manufacture enterprise by means of information technology in manufacturing execution system, for the enterprises to improve product quality made important contributions. In the material pull system, Kanban system accounted for a pivotal position, through the use of Kanban system can improve production efficiency, reasonable use inventory, and real-time monitoring of the production process.Toyota Corporation in its production process to create an efficient mode of production, JIT (In Time Just). The theory of JIT, Kanban management is an important part of jit. The Kanban system into the production process, so that enterprise managers to the whole production process of real-time monitoring and management.Theory and methods described herein application of information management systems, database systems, the use of B/S architecture, VS2010 software development tools, through WCDL production process of investigation and analysis, the JIT theory into its management processes, design and development of Kanban delivery management system, and its further application in the WCDL and development are analyzed and discussed.By Kanban production management system introduced to WCDL companies were running, we found that not only meet the requirements of production and management, while increasing the production sector in the production and management of co-ordination, to help them in all aspects of the production of real-time monitoring, and information in real time, efficient transmission and treatment to improve their productivity and dramatically improve the enterprise management level.
