Due to arid region is scare precipitation and intense evaporation,it is an important way to alleviate the situation of water shortage and to improve the utilization rate of the reservoir through reducing evaporation invalid from plain reservoir.Reduce reservoirs ineffective evaporation in the inland arid plain.The purpose is to prevent reservoir from the external environment and inhibition of water surface evaporation by the means of floating plate cover reservoir to get water-saving. Field test of anti-evaporation floating plate is not always stay dry, in the wind and waves, the floating plate wetting, wetted part less than the effect of water-saving.This topic use PVC foam board, plastic hollow board cover part of the surface to study the water-saving efficiency and to development lightweight concrete composite sandwich panel as evaporation materials.(1) Based on measured data, counting a integral meteorological data to PVC float, regression about the average monthly water evaporation and temperatures,calculating the average evaporation of non-frozen period and the anti-evaporation coefficient in different weather conditions of floating slab.To analyse local meteorological, establishing snow evaporate equation on gradient formula, measured it for statistical to get water-saving efficiency of floating slab in a complete cycle.The local wind speed reduction factor obtained by multiplying the approximate value and the measured winds, it reduction after the wet area with table controls, draw moist areas and water-saving efficiency at the local meteorological winds. With the floating slab partially covered plain reservoir the water-saving efficiency can reach 84.41% for the area covered.(2) Comparative water-saving efficiency under variously cover area of plastic hollow board. the three group of experiments show water-saving efficiency are 55.27%,65.91%,79.67% and it gets high with board bigger.Plastic hollow board of wet area have three parts, wet area of wind, the collision between plates and with dam slope of water came out make board wet.To discuss avoid the impact of these unfavorable factors can improve the efficiency of water saving.(3) Lightweight composite sandwich panel consists of foam concrete as the inner core, geogrid is used as reinforced materials,periphery is mortar, the inner core of the dry density is 161 kg/m3, the compressive strength is 1.0 MPa,the outer layer of the 7d compressive strength is 20.3 MPa,flexural strength is 6.25 MPa,28 d compressive strength of 33.6 MPa,the flexural strength of 6.60 MPa.To make sure panel’s optimal size in stability calculation and its price of per square mete.Summarize insufficient at locale test and offer improve measure.
