Magnetic-geared transmission permanent-magnet synchronous wind power generator is anovel permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator, which compose the advantagesof magnetic gear and permanent magnet synchronous generator, Such generator use themagnetic gear instead of traditional mechanical gear, to achieve the organic combination ofelectromagnetic system and mechanical system, which effectively avoid the potentialproblems such as noise, and maintenance to improve the generator power density andefficiency, So this kind of generator has a broad application prospect in the field of windpower.The main contents and fruits of this thesis are as follows:1. Analysis topology and operation principle of magnetic gear. Compare harmonicanalysis results of whether the modulator ring is in the gear, special work is done to themodulator ring to stand out its field modulated function in the gear.2. The structure and design. Analyze the structural characteristics of the generator, getthe optimum parameters of generator design, at last presents a mathematical model of thegenerator.3. Finite element analysis and calculation of electromagnetic characteristics. Based onfinite element analysis software ANSOFT, establish the2D finite element analysis model ofthe generator, the generator of the magnetic field distribution is analyzed, and theelectromagnetic characteristics of the generator are calculated.4. Halbach array in the application of magnetic-geared transmission permanent-magnetsynchronous generator. Put forward the applying Halbach array in generator electromagneticdesign, then simulation to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.5. In order to improve the structure of the generator. Presented and studied on a furtherintegration of the composite magnetic gear machine, analyzes in detail the working principleof the topological structure of the machine In addition to make a deep and systematiccomparison of the two kind magnetic-geared machines to verify the feasibility andeffectiveness of the new structure.
