At present,microelectronic systems have been developed and widely used,most of which are battery or solar powered,limited by environment and daylight time and geographical problems,and how to provide such systems with clean and reliable energy is an urgent problem to solve.There are many kinds of vibration energy in the natural environment,and almost not limited by time and region,vibration generators can transform the vibration energy into electric energy,which has important application value.In this paper,the linear electromagnetic vibration generator is studied.The system model of the linear permanent-magnet vibrating generator is established,including the physical model and the circuit model.And based on the law of electromagnetic induction,the no-load EMF is calculated.The NdFeB is selected as the permanent magnet,the finite element calculation theory of electromagnetic field is illustrated,and the Halbach array is introduced.The electromagnetic force and mechanical-electrical conversion efficiency of vibrating generator are analyzed.Based on this,two vibration generators,with Type-E yoke and a new type of Halbach array,are designed.Two kinds of vibration generators are analyzed and calculated by the finite element software ANSOFT.The effect of vibration source's frequency and amplitude on the output voltage of the vibration generator with Type-E yoke is studied.The results show that the amplitude is more obvious to the output voltage than the increase of frequency,and the relationship between the amplitude and the effective value of open-circuit voltage is basically parabola.The application of Halbach array in vibration generator is analyzed,by comparing with the ordinary radial magnetized vibration generator,the shortages of the general Halbach array are found out,and the improvement is proposed.The results show that the sinusoidal vibration source with frequency of 10 Hz and amplitude 3mm is stimulated,the output voltage of the new Halbach array vibration generator is 37.86% higher than that of the radial magnetized,and the effective value of Open-circuit voltage reaches 7.2691 V,the size of the generator is only 120 mm ?100mm?80mm.Finally,the prototype of the Type-E yoke vibrating generator is fabricated,and its output characteristics of the no-load were studied.The experimental results show that the effective value of open-circuit voltage increases roughly parabolic dependence with the increase of amplitude,linear dependence the frequency of vibration source.Consistent with the results of FEM software calculated.
