With the comprehensive development of high-speed railway construction in our country,China has become the most of the high-speed railway operating mileage of national. Bridge engineering has accounted for a large proportion in high-speed railway construction.Hengliaoj ing bridge on Shanghai Hangzhouhigh-speed railway is the all control bridge.The bridge has deep water foundation construction, super long bored pile construction,continuous beam construction,which are very time consuming engineering division. But the main bridge engineering used only half the time of normal duration.The research emphasis in this thesis is how to ensure the quality and safety to complete the project under the condition of time limit nervous.This thesis first from the bidding and implementation of two stages of horizontal flow respectively of hengliaojing bridge has made the detailed introductionof technology solutions and construction organization arrangement.Bidding stage period of 26 months,but construction units were allowed to bridge the main part of the project a total duration of 13 months.If you want to use half of the time limit for a project to complete the construction of cross flow rate were compute deep water pile foundation,pile caps of the bridge piers and continuous beam.bidding phase of general construction plan and management measures are no longer applicable.In the implementation stage,construction organization used a series of new construction organization design and unconventional management measures.such as high altitude in advance on construction land,the water on shore construction in advance.successively into synchronous construction,parallel into three-dimensional operation.the scene of the processing in the factory in advance and segmented merged into the overall construction,finally finished on cross flow rate were computed in hengliaojing great bridge engineering.Secondly,it computes for horizontal flow rate of bidding scheme and implementation schemein hengliaojing bridge,from the material into mechanical,device and time limit for a project.Analysis results show that the established time limit for a project is determined.Site construction, determining the total cost is not the main body design of quantities,but the large amount of construction measures,sexual solutions than bidding material used in steel structure measures more than twice as much.But half the total duration for the established time limit for a project requirements.Project quality is good, after several years operation inspection, without any quality problem.In the end,it introduces the cross flow hengliaojing bridge construction management experience,from the innovative technology solutions,adequate resources and coordination incentive mechanism construction team,provides a reference for subsequent similar bridge construction.This thesis sets about from the construction schedule control theory through to the specific project,finally summes up the rapid construction in bridge engineering scheme and implementation of key problems that should be attention,in order to rapidly in high speed railway bridge engineering construction to make useful research,exploration and suggestions.
