With the increasing maturity of China's high-speed rail technology, high-speed railway construction entered the era of rapid development in the large-scale, high-tech and high standards.And Project management has become the core of project management of high-speed railway.In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of national high-speed railway,the use of advanced railway construction project management methods and combined with the high-speed railway construction process of domestic and foreign advanced management experience, and with realization of scientific information are the hot topics in the research on project management of high speed railway.As an important aspect of project management,this paper established a research of the project schedule management of high-speed railway overpass bridge based on analysis and summary of the concept, characteristics of project schedule management, combined with the characteristics of high speed railway overpass bridge project schedule management. The research of project schedule management of high speed railway overpass bridge mainly contains three aspects:the preparation of project schedule,the early warning of project schedule,the control and evaluation of project schedule.The paper compiled the preparation of project schedule based on Work Breakdown Structure and critical path method,combined with the plateau of Gobi high-speed railway bridge----the mound 2# interchange bridge.Drawing a network diagram project schedule through the breakdown of work-structure,determination the work order,the estimation of each item activity time.This paper puts forward measures to ensure the 2# mound interchange bridge construction schedule management with the combination of research of project schedule management and the characteristics of the plateau of high speed railway in Gobi area super large bridge,and the analysis the influence factors of the progress of two aspects of human factors and objective factors.Establishing the research of the project schedule early warning analysis of 2# delay based on the numerical analysis method. The analysis results show that the project has great delay in the 6~7 month month schedule,and the extent of delay the progress of the project showed a downward trend after August.Establishing the control and evaluation of project schedule management of high-speed rail interchange bridge based on the numerical analysis method.And the analysis results show that the overall project has been behind schedule but not seriously when the project progress after 5 months.And it showed better though reducing the time limit for a project and ensuring material supply.Through interchange project schedule management on high-speed railway mound 2#, analyzing the affect the schedule management on the factors to provide a reference for future similar projects.
