The Promoting Of Converting Main Roles In Construction Todevelopment And Transition Of Rural Residences

From the beginning of the20th century, rural construction boomed one afteranother. However, the discussion and researchin architectural academic circles, whichconcentratedon New Countryside Construction,mainly focused on practice of physicalspaces, while the driving force from construction subject are to some extend be ignored.It made the rationality to be necessary，as architects involved in the rural construction.There are4chapters in this dissertation. Chapter1made a general exposition aboutcurrent situation of rural construction and reviews about existing researches both inChina and abroad. Based on criticism and absorption, it defined the research target andcategory, and lays out research methods and framework.In Chapter2, processof construction subject changing in rural house constructionhad been concluded. It was explained in two aspects:the perspective of time, andtheother way of organized system.The condition and conversion of construction subject indifferent periods and differences between them had been expounded, and the thirdsystem was derived from the previous two. Construction procedure, factors andformation of construction subject werealso concluded.Chapter3analyzedtransformation on layout, plane andtechnologicalcharacteristicof researching villages. The transformrule of technologicalcharacteristic ofconstructionwas found out. And then, the processes of construction and organizationworks wereanalyzed. The differences and similarities of construction subject were pointout to show the affect principle caused by that.Then a summary about internalrelationship between construction subjectand changes of technology was made.Based on above, factors of changing technicalcharacteristic inconstructionwereanalyzed from techniqueaspect and organize aspect in Chapter4.Itfocused on historical characteristics and differences about affect principleofconstruction subject. At last, a summary of design discipline about plan andarchitecturewas given out, which concerns to every procedure of design.
