A Case Analysis Of Rural Construction Of China Under Industrialization Intervention

With the development of the urbanization, the manual construction in rural China, in terms of efficiency and performance, has been unable to meet the needs of the people. Thus, turning to industrial construction becomes one of the solutions. However, the new technology involved need to coordinate many construction conditions, and how to be applied becomes one of the China architecture problems. To this problem, Chinese architects clarify their points through conscious rural construction. Previous studies focused on the aspects of culture, space and form, and were lack of technical means analysis, especially the relationship between vernacular construction and industrial construction. In this case, this paper regards industrial construction as an imported technology, discussing how to apply industrial construction in rural China and solve the problems after the application. In this way, to provide a new perspective for the current construction problem in rural China.This paper includes the following five parts:the first chapter outlines the origin, object and angle, significance, status and originality, contents, methods and framework of this research; the second chapter introduces the difference between industrialization and vernacular construction technology and the involvement variety of industrialization in rural China; the third chapter analyzes the involvement ways of industrialization in rural China; the fourth chapter expounds the involvement problems of industrialization in rural China, and provides some suggestions for improvement; the fifth chapter summarizes the design values of architects in the construction of rural China, and puts forward some directions for the construction of rural China.
