The Research On The Compilation Of Chen Xi Rural House Construction Guideline

Since the processing of reform and opening-up policy,with the fast developing of domestic economy and culture,the living standard of people is improving constantly,and with the high wave of construction emerging once by once in rural area,the construction area and investing fond are increasing year by year.However,influenced by some comprehensive factors,such as regional economy level,cultural quality,technical condition,and family industrial structure,a lot of rural infrastructure is incomplete.What is more,as lacking of the unified planning and guidance,a series of problems occurred in the processing of construction,such like wasting resources,single layout,strange characteristics,and alienation of neighbor-hood relationship,which destroyed the traditional texture of countryside.The conventional country needs more development than protection,the regional culture needs advanced with time more than to be inherited.But,how to keep a dynamic balance between the "protection" and "development"is a problem,that needs everyone to think solutions to solve quickly now.Unfortunately.Now in the face of the current grim situation,there is no effective method to solve the problem yet.After investigation and research of Chen xi Village,in the face of traditional residence and beautiful natural landscape,I feel amazing for the natural's power and people's intelligence.At the same time,I'm very worried about the disappearance of these local special buildings.By comparing and studying a plenty of relative information at home and abroad,here I propose to compile "rural house construction guideline"to solve this problem.By the time,a series of suggestions for the guiding mechanism is provided,including funding support by governments,organizing relative training for villagers,building self-confidence,and encouraging deep participation of all architects,lapping the third-party platform,and so on.Above all are hoped to be helpful to the orderly development of rural construction as well.After systematic analysis for current development condition and evolution process of local residence in this paper,firstly some essential elements of architecture are further decomposed and recombined by the method of“Architecture Pattern Language",to help people to choose and reassemble freely.At the same time,according to modern country life and production activity,and family population structure,there are three different kinds of layout patterns are proposed for corresponding family,which have both modern adaptation and regional characteristics.Then,on the basis of above analysis,some available guidance on architectural modeling and elevation styles are proposed to provide intuitive reference and examples for villagers.By regulating the elements of residence to achieve controlling all the styles of both architectures and the whole country is the essential application principle of this guidance.At last,I hope the content in this paper is helpful to the current dilemma.What is more important,it can awaken people's attention to the protection of traditional villages and the continuation of regional culture.
