PAEs is the most commonly used plasticizer, in the environment have reached a common detection level. Dibutyl Phthalate(DBP) is a common PAEs, the accumulation of DBP in the environment will damage to the crop growth and the atmosphere, water, soil and other environment. can also cause harm to humans through the skin, respiratory and food chain etc. Chromium is indispensable for electroplating, tanning, metallurgy and other industries, with the rapid development of the industry, the accumulation of Chromium in the environment, emphasis on soil and groundwater pollution, serious harm to agriculture, animal and human. In nature, single pollutant pollution does not exist in the absolute sense, but by a variety of complex pollution, the complex pollution has become research hotspots. The research investigated the effects of physiological indicators in pakchoi under DBP and Cr(Ⅵ).Main research results are as follows:(1) Pakchoi germination rate changes with the concentration of DBP was not significant. The complex action of DBP and Cr(Ⅵ) is lower than single action.(2) DBP single and with Cr( Ⅵ) complex action to chlorophyll a,b content with the increase of DBP concentration were increased first and then decreased, reached the maximum at 5mg·L-1. The complex action of chlorophyll a, b content is lower than single action, the addition of Cr(Ⅵ) play a role in restraining.(3)The activity of antioxidant enzymes under DBP single and with Cr( Ⅵ) complex action along with the increase of DBP concentration increased firstly and then decreased. The concentration of DBP was less than 0.5mg?L-1 had a positive effects on the activity of SOD,higher than 0.5mg?L-1 have the inhibitory effects; DBP concentration less than 5mg?L-1 had a promoting effects on the activity of POD, CAT, more than 5mg?L-1 had a inhibition effects on the activity of POD, CAT. Under the complex action, SOD, POD, CAT activity larger than single action, the addition of Cr(Ⅵ) promotes the activity of SOD, POD, CAT.(4) DBP single and with Cr(Ⅵ) complex action, the content of MDA increased, resulting in oxidative damage on pakchoi. The content of MDA Under the complex action, the contentof MDA larger than the sigle action, the addition of Cr(Ⅵ) intensified the effects of oxidative on pakchoi.(5) DBP single and with Cr( Ⅵ) complex action, the content of soluble protein was decreased at first, then increased and decreased in the end, and were less than the blank and control group, the content of soluble protein decreased on the whole. When the concentration of DBP is 2.5mg ? L-1 significantly decreased and reached the lowest. Under the complex action, The content of soluble protein lower than single action. The addition of Cr( Ⅵ)increased the inhibitory effects of DBP on soluble protein.
