According to current situation of heavy metal pollution in Dongting Lake, this paper takes the dominate plant---Artemisia Selengensis as the research object, and analyzes changes and interaction effect of the content of chlorophyll, MDA, soluble protein, soluble sugar and other indexes under the force of Cd-Pb-Zn composite pollution in different concentration as well as the influence of interactive pollution of heavy metal on Artemisia Selengensis growth and accumulation of Cd, Pb and Zn with laboratory potted tests. The results are as follows.1. The contents of chlorophyll, MDA, soluble protein and soluble sugar show an obvious change under the condition of Cd-Zn-Pb composite pollution. Pb and Zn have an antagonistic effect on the content of MDA under the treatment condition of Cd-Pb-Zn with low concentration. And it shows synergistic effect under the treatment condition of Cd-Pb-Zn with high concentration. Force from three kinds of heavy metals has more significant effect on physiological and biochemical index of Artemisia Selengensis than that from two kinds as a whole.2. As the concentration of Pb and Zn singe and composite pollution change, Artemisia Selengensis shows an obvious influence on Cd accumulation content. Zn treatment in low concentration (≤300mg/kg) can promote Artemisia Selengensis absorbing Cd, while inhibitory effect is shown in high concentration (≥500mg/kg). Zn treatment in high concentration (≥500mg/kg) makes an toxic action on the plant, which presents aetiolation in its lamina. When the Cd concentration is of40mg/kg, the increase of Pb concentration has an antagonistic action on Artemisia Selengensis absorbing Cd. Artemisia Selengensis shows significant change on Cd accumulation with different time for treatment. When it is treated in21d, the plant growth does not change obviously. Then it suffers from serious pollution. Comes to the time of51d and81d, it shows an obvious inhibiting effect on growth, especially in high concentration, long-playing treatment brings great restraint on the plant growth, which makes its biomass decrease.3. Under the treatment condition of three kinds of heavy metal pollution, the concentration factors of Artemisia Selengensis on Cd, Zn and Pb are lined as Cd>Zn>Pb. The translocation factors are as Zn>Cd>Pb. From the view of concentration, the three kinds of heavy metals are mainly in the root of Artemisia Selengensis. Composite treatment is more complicated than single treatment for Artemisia Selengensis absorbing heavy metals. The interaction effect needs further research.
