Land is a kind of non-renewable resources which people depend on. It’s themost basic indemnification for people. Although there is a rapid development ofeconomic in Harbin, the problem of land resource has become more and moreserious. There is limited supply of land resources in the current circumstance, soit’s important to realize the target which is using land rational. At the same tim e,it’s also significant to have a rational distribution of land.In this paper, it’s a basic to realize the analysis of the status of land resourcein Harbin. With the support of the land resource allocation theory, this study wantsto optimize the land resource both quantity and space. At the same time, the studyon the driving force is also important. It can make a contribution to realize thefactor affecting the land use. Then the problems of the land use in Harbin is moreand more apparent. In terms of land use quantity structure, this paper wants to usethe multi-objective method to optimize the land resource in Harbin. In the land usespatial structure, this paper depends on the spatial configuration module which isGenetic Algorithms to study. Genetic Algorithms has an powerful spatial searchcapabilities, it’s make a contribution to the results of land space optimization inHarbin. Though the study on quantity and space, this paper wants to propose therational suggest for land use in Harbin.
