Study On Agricultural Sustainable Development Of Ningwu County

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the sustainable development of agriculture is related to the country’s food security and the economy sustained and coordinated development of the society.This paper uses methods of Semi-structured interview and Participatory GIS (PGIS) to analyze agriculture pattern in Ningwu County, the farming situation of five villiages and104farmers is surveyed in Ningwu County. According to the area of natural, social and economic development, the DSR model is used to select the most influential20indicators for the region’s agricultural sustainable development from the aspects of driving force, state and response.The survey data is used to quantitative evaluate the area’s agricultural sustainable development from the five aspects of economy, society,resources, ecological, policy. The following basic conclusion can be drawn through the study:a) The agricultural development of the five villiages in Ningwu County is unsustainable, the ecological environment sustainable development level in is higher,but the capacity of sustainable development of resources, economy, society and policy are very low.Little high quality cultivated land resources and dry climate are the objective causes;the economic factors are the low agricultural input and output and per capita net income of farmers; Poor agricultural infrastructure, the big gap between the urban and rural areas and the cause of the agricultural labor shortage and aging phenomenon, the modern agricultural practical technology and application of new varieties difficult to application because of poor labor cultural quality are considered to limit the sustainable development of society; Policy sustainable ability difference reflected in state and local governments to agricultural support is not enough.b) Some fine traditional farming methods are still retained in Northwest shanxi, Such as organic fertilizer, crop rotation low-toxin chemical, a variety of business, recycling, etc. These are the essence of traditional agriculture, the countries all over the world are trying to seek and reference them in order to take the road of sustainable development of agriculture, So it is important for the study area to absorb and inherit the essence of traditional agriculture in order to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.The article puts forward the sustainable development of agriculture mode-ecological cycle agriculture according to the research results to make the area of agricultural production and economy, society, resources and environment to develop harmoniously. Apart from it,it puts forward some solicy suggestions for sustainable development of agriculture:Improving the condition of agricultural production to improve the comprehensive production capacity; Taking effective incentive measures to ensure farmers to have above-average income, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas; To speed up the land use rights transfer; Consolidating and perfecting the agricultural subsidy policy at the same time, implementing differentiation subsidy system; WangHua gou, XiGou can make use of tourism resources to development ecological sightseeing agriculture.
