| Since sloping land conversion program in 1998,program has been got great performance under the CPC Central Committee and State Council's correct leadership and local People's actively involved in it.For the new century,as a new development concept sustainable development has been gradually known to people.Based on application of sustainable development theory,the issue of research and resolution of the Loess Plateau region of sustainable agricultural development is a major issue.Based on the theory of sustainable development and production function,the use of basic knowledge of statistics and economics,referring to some research results,the dissertation employs the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the agricultural sustainable development of QiWu county belonging to Loess Plateau region existing problems,to reveals its change trends of efficiency of agricultural production and their impact,to measure its agricultural comparative advantage,On this conclusion,the paper put forward the suggestion to promotof QiWu county agricultural sustainable development.The framework of the dissertation is as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction.This chapter presents the research background,the purpose and significance of the dissertation,and briefly summarizes and evaluates the dynamics of domestic and internantional resarch on the study of domain.Finally,the chapter puts forward the methods and poosible innovations.Chapter 2:The Theory of Agricultural Sustainable Development.This chapter firstly discusses the formation and the background and its stages of agricultural Sustainable development.Secondly,expounds its meaning of agricultural Sustainable development and the basic characteristics of agricultural sustainable development.Finanlly,this chapter presents the goal agricultural sustainable development and the basic ideas of promotion agricultural sustainable development.Chapter 3:The Analysis on the Status Quo of Wuqi's Agricultural Sustainable Development.This chapter firstly expounds the reality of QiWu's overall agricultural economic development.Secondly,analyses its agricultural economy structure and its trends.Finanlly,this chapter sums up its advantages and disadvantages of agricultural Sustainable Development.Chapter 4:The Ananlysis on Wuqi's Efficiency of Agricultural Production.This chapter applys the method of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to measure the efficiency of agricultural production,livestock productivity and total factor productivity of agriculturerespectively.It draw the conclusion:after Sloping Land Conversion Program,farmland cultivation and production of technical efficiency has steadily increased, but its scale efficiency has reduced;the scale revenue of animal husbandry in the overall is increased,its purely technical efficiency and scale changes in volatility greatly;its total factor productivity are growed since mainly caused by technical efficiency which caused by the promoting and spreading existing technical very successfully,rather than from technical innovations.it could be for important basis for its agricultural sustainable development.Chapter 5:Wuqi's Agricultural Production Restructuring for its Agricultural Sustainable Development.This chapter uses the method of Aggregated Advantage Coefficient to measure QiWu's Efficiency Advantage Coefficient,Scale Advantage Coefficient and Aggregated Advantage Coefficient of major crops and livestock respectively to provide its adjusting the agricultural structure,the conclusion should be the overall arrangement of planting potato cultivation mainly and raising sheep mainly so as to develop its competitive industries.Chapter 6:Wuqi's Agricultural Sustainable Development Measures.To achieve agricultural sustainable development,farmers or the relevant government departments should take the following measures:focus on promoting agricultural scientific and technological progress,increasing investment for agriculture,readjusting and optimizing the industrial structure in rural areas,grass Livestock facing the international and domestic market and improving the quality of the laborers. |
