Study On The Applicnation Of Books Purchasing Decision Support System

Today, the rapid development of computer, network, database technology, MIS (Management Information System) to the intelligent forward, with various types of DSS (Decision Support System) appeared in succession. In the current circumstances, university library is of all kinds of literature resources service provider, to provide resources services more comprehensive, more perfect in order to demand, how to effectively use the new DSS technology becomes a new challenge for library managers.Books Literature Resource Construction Procurement is the basis for the level of service depends on library collections quality, while the quality of collections in turn depends on quality of procurement, procurement quality so running in the library occupies an important position. Subjectivity too strong, the lack of scientific, inefficiency and the like problem is a common problem with traditional procurement model, in order to make purchase quality books to enhance the quality, librarians need to extract data from a daily service to provide decision support for the procurement of information to improve procurement efficiency and avoid excessive subjectivity and other issues, so as to greatly improve the level of library service purposes.From improved procurement efficiency, meet readers’ needs, in order to improve the level of library services for the purpose of this paper, digital asset management platform information as a data source (including data collection of books, library circulation data, information, and book their own disciplines and professional settings, etc.) to analyze the factors that affect the book purchase, through mathematical modeling established model. Using Visual studio2010as a development platform in C#as an editing language, based on. Net Framework4.0on Microsoft SQL Server2005data platform to achieve the Book Purchase Decision Support System (BPDSS).The full text is five chapters, the first chapter describes the current status of DSS development at home and abroad, elaborated research background and significance, as well as systematic framework; second chapter describes the procurement process as well as the source data analysis, system requirements, functions explained; chapter discusses in detail the process of system development and design, narrative development steps, a mathematical model to show the system structure, impact factor analysis, design a database table, etc.; fourth chapter discusses the system implementation process, applied research and results analysis evaluation; fifth chapter of conclusions.
