Along with widespread and application of network technology, computer technology and multimedia technology in education, we come to the stage of digital learning. Digital learning resources are widely distributed in the network, so it is difficult to find what the learners exactly need. How to provide learners learning environment with domain-oriented learning resource sharing and online communication is the key to promoting information development in education. At present, Chinese Government has invested a lot of money and equipment for the development of information technology in education, carrying out the "Eleventh Five-Year" and "Twelfth Five-Year" plans to promote the development of discipline education. From national exquisite course to the national high-quality resources sharing class to promote education changes in the concept of teaching, it has been leading the reform of teaching content and teaching methods. Thus, it is promoting quality courses in university learning resources through advanced information technology tools with highly resource sharing and online learning, and accordingly it could improve the quality of personnel training to build the goals of service learning society. High-quality resources sharing class is committed to public basic courses, professional basic courses and professional core courses, as the focus of national, provincial and school to build Sharing System in the formation of educational multi-level and multi-type of high-quality teaching resources, to provide quality domain-oriented learning resources to college students, teachers and social learners. High-quality resources sharing class emphasizes teaching personnel training through academic education. How to integrate high-quality resources sharing class to improve the quality of teaching, as well as improve the domain-oriented personnel training that needed in domain education. This paper focuses on the domain-oriented to meet a subject of teaching, learning and management, with sharing learning resources and online learning platform for them. Our works are:1. On the basis of the study of literature, we make an analysis of characteristics and function of domain-oriented learning environment. Then, in order to build a learning community for the learners and teachers to teaching spontaneous exchanges, cooperation, we suggest a learning environment should contain field-oriented resource sharing courses group, support online learning and learning resource sharing.2. Concrete on the design methodology used in construction of a field-oriented learning resource sharing and online learning system. Key points include:how resource sharing courses work together with other courses in the system to build a professional learning environment; how the learners learn and communicate with each other in the system; how to manage the platform organizations, teaching process.3. Establish the teaching resource sharing and online learning platform of Shaanxi Normal University Software Engineering. This aims to improve the quality of teaching and provide professionally help for personnel training.
