Blended Learning System For It Corporate Training And Realization

IT is a knowledge decay rate industry, and has the features of rapid development and short update period. In order to adapt to rapid changes in knowledge, it is necessary for IT enterprise to train staffs, and improve their skills and maintain its competitiveness. Training plays an important role in IT development. Though many IT enterprises invest a lot for staff training, the effectiveness is not obvious.This paper developed a blended learning training system to solve the problems in IT corporate training. Blended learning changes the existing training approach, and combines the advantages of traditional teaching and e-learning, to achieve the maximum training effectiveness.The mainly contributions of this thesis include the following aspects:1) Designed the function and architecture of the system. Constructing the architecture training-oriented for IT enterprise, and design the function modules of the system based on learning theory.2) Built user model and proposed algorithm to periodically update the model.3) The technology approach for developing Rich Internet Application(RIA) system. The blended training system was developed with Flex, which can develop Rich Internet Application. The blended training system integrated desktop and view, and supported staffs offline learning.4) Organized and managed learning resources. The blended learning system managed the learning resource, and provided teaching contents for teacher and students choosing with their needs. It also supported learner to add label on the learning resources, and jump between the resources, which provided learners a great deal of flexibility.5) Built the communication environment. In order to meet the staff needs to communicate in the learning process, the blended training system has set up a collaborative communication environment to build a good learning atmosphere. The blended training system supported staffs contact colleagues or experts with short message.
