Design And Implementation Of ZBM Material Supply Supermarket

As a pillar of energy industry in China, coal enterprise should develop the informationtechnology platform’s construction and application within the scope of the industry so toobtain new development in the information age. At the same time, in the face of anincreasingly competitive market, efficient and scientific material management has become thekey of enterprises to reduce costs, enhance the core competitiveness. These require that thecoal enterprise must integrate supply management with information technology, continuouslydevelop new material management information platform which meets more needs ofenterprise development. Based on Zibo mining group’s supply chain electronic commercesystem, we designed and implemented the ‘supermarket’ material management platform,material supply supermarket management system.The system adopts the three layer architecture model of B/S. The presentation layerwhich develops by Servlet and FreeMarker technology, permits the user to login the systemby enter the URL to the computer’s browser to accomplish various business operation. Theserver layer which uses the MVC architecture based on Spring framework, and Hibernateframework to implement the data persistence, is used to deal with the transaction logic，receive the user’s request, and show the results back to the user. The data layer adopts theOracle10g database to complete the various operations on data. In hardware, besides thecomputers, the system completes the materials information acquisition by using codescanning equipment.The material supply supermarket which has been designed and implemented in the paperbased on optimizing the original material management system, meets the requirements of thescientific development and refinement of management, solves the ‘information island’,unreasonable material management and serious waste problem. Running results show that the system makes obvious improvement in the integration of enterprise resources, freeing capitalpressure, reasonable distribution, and improving the core competitive ability of enterprise, etc.It is a new suitable material management system for coal enterprise.
