This thesis discusses the material management sub-system in Ruidi Cooperation’s management information system developed for its project supervision business management. It describes the system development based on software engineering development management procedure.The goal of this system development is to solve the optimal scheduling and universal distributing the engineering material in projects and this is resolved under the concepts and methods from the field of material supply chain management. It at first introduces the system’s development and application background, management idea and software technology foundation of the system, etc. Then, it discusses the system’s function analysis, focusing on discussing its basic business functions and their relationship. For material supervision business function, purchasing supply management function, inventory management function and equipment management function, it gives each function’s user case. After demand analysis, it emphasizes on discussing the system’s design, including the software structure, system’s business layer and data layer, and gives database design scenario and some typical function units’ internal algorithm and processing flow. Finally, it discusses the system’s programming implementation, including main program examples, client end development and program testing and summarizes the whole article in the end from the perspective of functions and development techniques.This system’s software is developed and programmed by Microsoft C#and SQL Server database SQL. Main programming and assembly modules follows C#and.NET technology standard. This system is on test run now and reaches its planned function development goal in the main aspects of purchasing management efficiency and inventory cost control. |
