Design And Implementation Of Material Supply Chain Information Management System

Since the escalation of trade friction between China and the United States in 2018,there have been problems in the supply chain of imported materials of many domestic electronic R & D enterprises,such as material suspension and embargo,which have a negative impact on the development of enterprises.S company,located in Nanjing,is a typical manufacturing enterprise,which has an urgent demand for material supply chain management.According to the object-oriented design idea,this paper develops a material supply chain management system for the enterprise.The whole system is based on J2 EE technology,and provides a variety of operation modes to help the enterprise to complete the supply chain process operations such as purchase demand,order,arrival,warehousing,receipt invoice settlement,purchase management,etc.The system adopts the classic three-level architecture design and development,the main research contents are as follows:(1)The system focuses on the realization of material demand balance management.Through the analysis of demand balance,we can understand the current material demand,and develop the functions of material full set simulation analysis and material full set simulation locking,which can automatically allocate materials.On the basis of the original breadth first algorithm,the automatic allocation algorithm is studied.(2)Realize the planning and analysis function of the mass production project before putting into production.For the project to be put into production,we can match and equalize the inventory data,stoppage capital data,embargoed materials data,inventory balance information and manufacturer information according to the BOM data sheet.At the same time,we can estimate the pre-complete time of the whole project by referring to the previous solutions of stoppage and embargo materials,and form the statistical results to report to the leaders for decision-making.(3)Design and implementation of important functions.Complete functions of simulation management,inventory analysis,supplier management,pre-production planning and material analysis are realized.Each function of the system is designed and implemented using B/S development mode.After the system is implemented,the function and performance tests are completed using black-and-white box testing method.Through the design and implementation of material supply chain information management system,it can implement dynamic management on suppliers and timely understand the delivery progress of purchased materials.The system can prevent departments from shirking responsibility and improve work efficiency.At present,s enterprise has carried out information management for thousands of suppliers,shortened the response time of material supply chain,and provided help for s enterprise to bid,develop and batch production projects smoothly.
