Research And Implementation Of Material Inventory Management System In Supply Chain Based On E-commerce

With the rapid development of market and economic and the wider application of Internet technology and the intensification of the process of economic globalization, the market competition get more intensity. In order to relieve the tremendous pressure of enterprises, for example, to shorten delivery time for the competitiveness in the market and improve product quality and lower production costs and achieve "zero inventories", the method of sales management of the enterprises must be reformed. Based on e-commerce Sales Chain Management model, it can meet demand of personalized consumer and enterprises management greatly. The model can reduce not only the distance between enterprises and consumer but also the consumption of all kinds of economic resources, so it can greatly enhance the efficiency of business.This paper firstly studies the structure and core technology of the X3 platform which is developed by Justep corp,then discusses the basic theory of Supply inventory management and electronic commerce esepcially on the theory of electronic commerce between enterprises. The paper focus on an analysis of the relationship between supply chain management and distribution chain management in the energy industry in the manufacturing industry,and discusses the difference of supply chain management between variable industries. Finally,the paper establishes the model of the Supply inventory management and discusses then relationship between supply chain management and distribution chain management in the energy industry. The work from the paper provide theory and technical support to the project which the author participated.In this paper, issues involved in the project "E-commerce platform of Zibo Mining Group Supply Chain Inventory Management System" as the background.Firstly,the paper focus on the theory of supply chain inventory management application in the coal industry,and set up the coal industry supply chain inventory management framework model. By analyzing project requirements,the paper gives the business system architecture. The paper researches on the X3 platform multi-tier architecture and Oracle9i in enterprise-class information system. For the coal industry supply chain inventory management business demands,the paper uses the five-layer architecture as business information layer. The paper discusses the technical program and the network structure of the system. Secondly,the paper uses the X3 technical architecture platform to develop the system. The paper focuses on the flow model of plan management which is throughout the business .Then the paper describes the key technologies in the system-user permissions setting and modify management in detail. Then the paper discusses the safety of the system and its network security and analize the performance testing of the system in depth. At last,the paper sum up the research on the work, and look ahead the future of the system development.
