The3D sand-filled physical simulation equipment is a large indoor physical simulation test system, which main function is to research the seepage law and macrowave mechanism of complicated replacing system under reservoir formation conditions (high temperature, high pressure). The purpose of this paper is to design real-time measurement and control system of3D sand-filled physical simulation equipment. The system uses virtual instrument technique with LabVIEW2009graphical software development platform and PXI modular hardware platform to achieve automation of entire test procedure and test data processing.Firstly, the measurement and control system is designed as a whole, including the process flow, main functions, design specifications and design scheme.Then, the measurement and control system is designed from both hardware units and software units.In this paper, the design of hardware units includes the design of power module, physical model module and hardware part of computer main control unit. The power module is used to provide displacement power. The physical model module is adopted to simulate stratigraphic configuration and environment. The information in the process of system working is collected and sended into industrial computer by PXI collecting card. The function of industrial computer is controlling the test process.In this paper, the design of software units includes the design of real-time measurement and control system software of computer main control unit. The measurement and control system software is the core of the system. Through the software, we can control test procedure, collect and process test data and provide complete security protection and warning actions. In this paper, the measurement and control system software is designed in accordance with the idea of module, using LabVIEW2009software to design main program, adopting PhotoShop and other image processing software to beautify graphical interface, employing Excel spreadsheet software to manage test data. The real-time measurement and control system is the nerve center and core platform of the3D sand-filled physical simulation equipment, achieving the automation of the test process, collecting the key parameters and providing test underlying data for researching phenomenon related to the production technology.
