In recent years, with the development of high-speed railway, the research on high-speed trains is more and more in-depth and comprehensive in our country. Train network control technology is one of the nine key technologies for high-speed train. It has been widely concerned. Researches on train network control have made a great progress, but the validation of the system require loading measured in the real train, resulting in a higher cost. In order to do better research on train network control system, semi-physical simulation research methods have been introduced. High-speed train network control system semi-physical simulation platform was built by hoping it can play a significant role in the study of high-speed train system principle, system design and verification.High-speed train network control system semi-physical simulation platform is designed based on CRH3high-speed train. Firstly, based on Research on IEC61375-1TCN (Train Communication Network) protocol, this article introduces the CRH3high-speed train network control system standard and uses the OPNET simulation software to build MVB (Multifunction Vehicle Bus)model to analyze the communication features of MVB. Secondly, on the basis of understanding CRH3train network control system structure, the overall structures of semi-physical simulation platform of high-speed train network control system is designed, and its hardware and software development environment is introduced. Then this article focuses on using the LabVIEW to design and build simulation model, including MVB communication, driver’s console, high-voltage system, traction system, braking system, door system, HAVC system, and passenger information system. Finally, the function of each subsystem of this simulation platform is tested and proves that the platform can achieve the basic functions of the train electrical system.By using the IPC and MVB card as hardware basis and LabVIEW as software basis, high-speed train network control system semi-physical simulation platform is developed. The results show that the semi-physical simulation platform operates stably, and can become a good test platform for high-speed train design and unit functional verification to meet the needs of the scientific research and experiment.
