College Students’ Physical Health Information Management System Design And Implementation

With the continuous progress of science and technology, information technology industries are increasingly high degree. For the purposes of the medical field, most of the clinical data are no longer using the traditional paper- saving way, but tends to electronic files. Especially in the clinical setting, the demand for electronic medical records is also more urgent, which is determined by a wide range of clinical data, the complexity of the characteristics of the decision. At the same time, the importance of health information management in the medical industry is becoming more evident, which includes basic information and the condition of the patient information is a series of related records, the information is used to enhance the patient ’s ability to focus on efficient management.In this thesis, the health information management system for the study, carried out the following tasks:( 1) focuses on the application of modern medical-related information systems, including health information systems(electronic medical records system, EMRS), hospital information systems(hospital information system, HIS), etc.;( 2) study the relevant norms of medical electronic information, including industry standards and technical specifications, EHR expression, storage and information exchange paper focuses on XML technology and the combination of HL7 specifications;( 3) health Information Research management systems related to the achievement technologies, including Ajax / DWR system, MVC / Struts framework technology;( 4) related functions of health information management system needs to be collated and analyzed, including business requirements, security requirements, interface requirements, etc., as system design and development is based;( five) for health information management systems design and implementation, we use the C / S and B / S model combination of system design and development, focusing on realization of electronic medical records management, the school doctor workstation, nurses( 6) the effectiveness of the deployment of test environments, the prototype system for a more comprehensive functional testing and performance testing to verify the system; workstations, quality control, medical query module.In this thesis, the development of health information management system complies with industry standards such as HL7, with strong compatibility and maintainability. The system for each of the medical records are formatted tags, user-friendly real-time information inquiry, exchange work through the Internet. System is easy to use, easy to master.
