Analysis And Design Of Rehabilitation Healthcare Information Platform Based On "SQM"

Rehabilitation medical is an important part of health service management system and it is an important subject to modern healthcare industry.Healthcare informatization has become an important means to improve rehabilitation hospital management and the quality of healthcare services.Now,the overall development level of domestic rehabilitation medical service is poor and has application limitations in its information systems.So,this thesis puts forward the rehabilitation medical information platform based on the management of services quality(SQM),which uses the database statistical analysis tools and other information technology to enhance the quality of rehabilitation hospital management and patients' satisfaction.Firstly,after collecting relevant literatures and the actual data,this thesis analyze the status and existing problems of rehabilitation medical management based on the related theories about the quality of medical services.After that,we build the evaluation system of rehabilitation medical service quality through four dimensions,which consists of medical information transfer,medical service processes,rehabilitation of medical quality and medical cost management.Under the current status of information technology application in rehabilitation medical,This thesis explores the basic elements of rehabilitation medical information platform based on SQM and then analysis the design requirements of the information platform in theoretical for the management of rehabilitation medical services quality,which including real-time information sharing,hospital operations management,drug use monitoring and real-time quality monitoring.Secondly,according to the specific needs of rehabilitation medical information platform,this thesis uses SQL,XML and other technology to design modules consist of patient information management module,hospital operations monitoring module,and quality of medical monitoring module,and then use a simulative case to analysis and evaluate the application of rehabilitation medical information platform in process management and other aspects.The application of medical information platform has an important effect to the operations management of rehabilitation hospital.This thesis uses medical information technology to design rehabilitation services information management platform focus on optimizing patient treatment processes,which will take full advantage of the existing hospital information systems,monitoring the medical quality and guarantee the safety and effectively of treatment in real-time.Furthermore,in the process of patients diagnostic,health care workers can get the comprehensive information of patient in real-time,which will increase the timeliness and effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment;The implementation efficiency of medical prescriptions not only can be largely improved with the built-in algorithms of the system,but also reflects the decision support capabilities of rehabilitation medical information management platform.The achievements of system requirements will bring positive impacts and the business needs of rehabilitation therapy can also be solved effectively.
