| PurposeHigh quality nursing care intervention measures to implement the change of quality of life in patients with lung cancer, in order to help nurses develop provides the theory basis for better nursing content, for the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy provides new train of thought.MethodsThis research adopts experimental epidemiological methods in January2012-November2012by the Shanxi Province tumor hospital respiration ward,2units treated217patients with lung cancer chemotherapy, breathing a ward106, respiratory ward2,111people, according to the actual hospital, breathing a ward as intervention group, respiratory ward2set as control group. The control group accepted routine nursing care, the intervention group received high quality nursing service, so as to evaluate interventions after implementation effects on the quality of survival for lung cancer.Using a structured questionnaire to collect the research object of demographic data, with lung cancer patients quality of life scale (QLICP-LU) collect lung cancer chemotherapy patients survival quality results. Using SPSS13.0software to statistical analysis of data, analysis methods are:test and chi-square test and rank and test.Results(1) The intervention group and control group general demographic characteristics distribution no statistical difference (P<0.05), two groups of comparable.(2) The intervention group compared before and after the intervention,"psychological function","common symptoms and side effects","specific module" and "quality of life scores" statistically differences (P<0.05).(3) Before and after the intervention group intervention each module entry:physical function in the "leisure activities","walk" the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Psychological function relatively "depressed","impatient","sad to the life of interference" and "feel inferior","fear","worry about a family burden" statistically significant (P<0.05); Specific modules are often cough, blood in phlegm,"chest pain","feel chest","fever","shortness of breath","hoarse" statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) the intervention group and control group compare quality of life, quality of life in the "psychological function","common symptoms and side effects","specific module","quality of life scores was statistically difference (P<0.05); And intervention group scored higher than the control group, and the function of "body","social function" score difference between the two groups have no statistical significance.(5) the intervention group compared with control group related modules:psychological function module in "feel inferior","lonely","working memory","fear becomes a family burden of statistically difference (P<0.05); Common symptoms and side effects of modules in the intervention group and control group in the "nausea, vomiting,","oral ulcer","pain","diarrhea" statistically difference (P<0.05); Specific module in the intervention group compared with control group the entries "often cough","blood in phlegm","chest pain ","chest","fever" and "shortness of breath","hoarse","worry infect others" statistically significant (P<0.05); Each entry score higher than the control group and intervention group.Conclusion(1) The high quality nursing service is conducive to mental function in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy, the improvement of the common symptoms and side effects, a specific module.(2) High quality nursing care intervention measures, can improve the quality of survival in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy. |
