Objective To assess emotions, coping styles and quality of life of lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy.Discuss the influence of the comprehensive nursing care,and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention method through clinical practice.Methods Collected 132 cases of patients who were diagnosed with lung cancer from December2014 to February 2015,from 4 Lung cancer chemotherapy ward of a top three hospitals in henan province. Carried on the regression analysis to the clinical data of these 132 patients.Used 1, 3 units as the control group, 2, 4 units as intervention group.Each group patients were 66 cases.The control group given respiratory medicine routine nursing care, including (1) basic education (2) health education (3)psychological nursing(4)Infection prevention(5) diet guidance.Intervention group is divided into six groups, each group 8 to 12 people.Intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing gives comprehensive nursing intervention, comprehensive nursing intervention for specific steps:(1) When ready to start chemotherapy for patients with cognitive intervention, progressive muscle relaxation training, group psychological intervention.Every time 30 ~ 60 min, once a week, a total of 6 times.(2)Telephone follow-up after discharge, once a week. Main purpose is to solve the problem of the patient's actual, continue to provide patients with psychological knowledge, consolidate the therapeutic effect.(3) Used questionnaire to collect baseline data of the research objects. Used Short Form of the Profile of Mood States(POMS-SF), Medical Coping Modes Quest ionnaire(MCMQ), Quality Of Life Questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30) to assess two groups of patients with emotions, coping styles and quality of life,respectively before chemotherapy and a month after chemotherapy.Inputed database after data collection,used SPSSl6.0 for statistical analysis.Assess two groups of patients with emotions, coping styles and quality of life before and after the intervention, analysis the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention.Results1. POMS-SF used to measure patient's state of mind.Score before intervention,intervention group and control group by t test, the score difference is not statistically significant( P ? 0.05);After the intervention, intervention group versus control group,changes of tension and anxiety, depression, fatigue-dull, anger-hostility,confused- chaos, and energy was statistically significant(P ? 0.05).2. MCMQ is mainly used for measuring coping style of patients.Before intervention, intervention group versus control group by t test, scores of the facing,avoidance and yielding are no statistically significant difference(P ? 0.05);After the intervention, the intervention group compared with control group, the various evaluation indexes have statistical significance(P < 0.05).3. QLQ-C30 is mainly used to survey the patient's quality of life.Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant difference on body, character,emotional, cognitive, social, fatigue, pain, nausea, vomiting and total health between two groups of patients(P ?0.05);After the intervention, the intervention group compared with control group, the function conditions which were obviously improved were: the physical function, emotional function, cognitive function and overall health,but the social function and role function had no obviously improvement. Symptoms which were obviously improved were: fatigue, sleep disorders, breathing difficulties,diarrhoea and pain.But appetite disorders, constipation and economic difficulties has no significant improvement.Conclusion1.The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the negative emotion of patients.2.The comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance patient's positive response, make patients more positive coping styles, use less of avoidance coping styles.3.Comprehensive nursing intervention can partly improve patient's symptoms,improve patient's quality of life.
