Objectives:To understand the general demographic characteristics of lung cancer patients, and the status quo of their self-perceived burden, symptom groups, and the quality of life.To explore the applied effects of clustered nursing to lung cancer patients after operation through analyzing the influence of the clustered nursing intervention on self-perceived burden, symptom group, quality of life, postoperative indwelling pleural closed drainage tube and postoperative hospital time, and finally It can reduce the patient’s sharing of self-feeling,patient symptoms, improve the quality of life, shorten the time of intubation and postoperative hospitalization, and provide a reference for the development of clustered nursing measures for lung cancer patients after operation in the future. Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select lung cancer surgery patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study subjects in the thoracic surgery department of a tertiary hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 to conduct a questionnaire. The study subjects were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of admission to the hospital. The first 50 cases were designated as the control group, and the last 50 cases were designated as the intervention group. The data were collected by face-to-face questionnaire answering methods. The control group was compared from December 2019 to May 2020.The control group conducted a questionnaire survey from June 2020 to December 2020,the experimental group used clustered nursing to intervene patients with lung cancer surgery. After the intervention,a questionnaire survey was conducted.Extracted operation time, the extubation time of the closed thoracic drainage tube and the time the patient was discharged from the hospital from the hospital’s electronic medical record management system.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for data statistics and analysis,frequency,χ2test,and percentage were used for the description of general demographic characteristics of the research subjects;the self-perceived burden, symptom groups, quality of life of the research subjects, and postoperative chest cavity in lung cancer, the difference in the time of closed drainage and the time in the hospital after operation were analyzed by independent sample t-bilateral test;the comparison before and after intervention, the interaction effect between two groups, time and group was tested by repeated measures analysis of variance.Results:(1)General demographics of lung cancer patients:In this study, women accounted for 65%more than men;the majority of patients were middle-aged and elderly, accounting for 86%;Han and Korean people accounted for 65%and 35%,respectively.The Han nationality accounted for a relatively large proportion;in smoking,51%of patients did not smoke,23%of patients smoked, and 26%of patients smoked second-hand smoke;the proportions of patients who were exposed to oil fume and did not contact oil fume were 57%and 43%,respectively.In this study, the difference in general information between the intervention group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable. There was no significant difference in the total score of self-feeling burden, the total score of symptoms, and the total score of quality of life between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)In the clustered nursing intervention for one week, the differences in the total scores of self-feeling burden, the total scores of symptoms, and the total quality of life between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of self-feeling burden and the total score of symptoms in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group;the total score of quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.(3)The difference in the total score of self-feeling burden, the total score of symptoms, and the total score of quality of life between the two groups of clustered nursing intervention for one month was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of self-feeling burden and the total score of symptoms in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group;the total score of quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.(4)The time of indwelling closed thoracic drainage tube in the two groups of patients were 4.14±2.53 points and 5.62±4.10 points, and the postoperative hospital stay was 7.04±2.36 points and 8.44±4.11 points, respectively. The two groups of data are statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter placement time and postoperative discharge time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Clustered nursing can reduce the burden and symptoms of lung cancer patients after operation.(2)Clustered nursing can shorten the indwelling time of the closed thoracic drainage tube and the postoperative hospital stay.(3)Clustered nursing can improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients after operation.
