SQC Subtraction Of Diabetic Vascular Disease Leptin, Adiponectin, Resistin Clinical Research Impacts

Objective:The clinical study of Shenqi compound prescription of syndrome differentiation in patients with type2Diabetic Macroangiopathy, observe the clinical symptoms of the disease in patients with different type of the response degree and effect of leptin, adiponectin, resistin in fat cells factor.Methods:40patients with Diabetic Macroangiopathy with Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Diabetes foundation treatment combined with Shenqi compound No.1;40patients with Diabetic Macroangiopathy with Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Diabetes foundation treatment combined with Shenqi compound No.2;40patients with Diabetic Macroangiopathy with Qi and yin deficiency and heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Diabetes foundation treatment combined with Shenqi compound No.3;every150ml,3times a day for two months, each disease type in the control group with the basic treatment of diabetes. The patients’symptoms, signs, leptin, adiponectin, resistin, blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin before and after treatment were observed. And comprehensive efficacies were evaluated.Results:(1) Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm syndrome of treatment group can significantly increase the levcl of adiponectin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Treatment group can significantly reduce the leveles of leptin and resistin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis of treatment group can significantly increase the level of adiponectin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group can significantly reduce the leveles of leptin and resistin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) Qi and yin deficiency and heat syndrome of treatment group can significantly increase the level of adiponectin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).Treatment group can significantly reduce the leveles of leptin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Treatment group can significantly reduce the leveles of resistin,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) Each disease type in the treatment group significantly improved symptoms, signs, blood glucose of the patients.Conclusions:Shenqi compound prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, blood sugar, fat cells factor levels, that Shenqi compound prescription is effective in preventing and treating Diabetic Macroangiopathy.
