Purpose:Through the observation of Ⅰ stage hypertensionpatients in a lifestyleintervention based on the given Chinese medicine " Ju Ming Granule ",and cooperate with theclinical curative effect of auricular application pressure, study on lowering blood pressure andimproving the curative effect of TCM syndrome in patients with Ⅰstage hypertension oftraditional Chinese medicine, to show the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of theadvantages of high blood pressure, and further guidance "Ju Ming Granule" with auricularapplication of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical application andpromotion.Method:Choose from18to80years in patients with hypertension grade Ⅰ, consistentwith hypertensive disease and liver yang hyperactivity syndrome and hyperactivity of Yangdue to yin deficiency syndrome patients210people as the object of study, were randomlydivided into A, B, C three groups, each group of70people. In group A patients for healtheducation; B group of patients in health education on the basis of ear seeds; C group ofpatients for health education, ear seeds and medicine "Ju Ming Granule". Intervention inpatients with three groups of8weeks, the main evaluation application of traditional Chinesemedicine intervention on hypertension Ⅰefficiency, time of onset and clinical symptoms ofTCM effect.Results:1.Three groups of patients before and after treatment of systolic blood pressure changes, weredecreased, and there were significant difference (P <0.05); Group C with is comparedbetween group A and group B after treatment group, with statistical significance (P <0.05);Group B compared with group A after treatment between groups, there was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05).2.Compared three groups of patients with diastolic blood pressure changes before and afterthe treatment, and was decreased, the comparison was statistically significant (P <0.05), the comparison between the three groups of diastolic blood pressure after treatment group wereno significant difference (P>0.05).3.Three groups of patients with antihypertensive effectiveness comparison: A set of2caseswere markedly effective,22cases effectively, invalid46cases, the total effective rate was34.29%, B group of4cases were markedly effective, effective27cases,38cases, the totaleffective rate was44.84%,10cases had marked effect, group C35cases effectively, invalid24cases, the total effective rate was65.21%, show that three groups all have certainantihypertensive effect, group C difference after statistics processing was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), group A and group B after statistics treatment there was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05), prompted to group C of the curative effect of lowering bloodpressure is better than that of group A and group B.4.Three groups of patients during treatment with different time blood pressure reductions:comparison of three groups of patients after treatment of first weeks,2weeks,4weeks,8weeks in the observation period,in the first week of systolic pressure and diastolic bloodpressure reduction in three groups there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),in2weeks,4weeks,8weeks of systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure step-downstatistically significant differences in three groups (P <0.05).5.Three groups of symptoms before and after the intervention to improve efficient comparison:1case had marked effect, group A valid24cases, invalid45cases, total effective rate was35.72%; Group B in2cases were markedly effective, effective39cases,28cases ineffective, the total effective rate was59.50%; Group C5cases had marked effect,53effective,ineffective in11cases, total effective rate was84.06%, suggests that all three groups havecertain effect to improve TCM symptoms. After statistics processing between the three groupshad significant difference (P <0.05).6.Three groups before and after intervention of TCM symptom score: comparison of threegroups after the treatment of TCM symptoms were decreased, there was significant difference(P<0.05); Group C and group A, group B and group A and group C compared with groupA after treatment between groups, were statistically significant (P <0.05). That group C improve symptoms of the effect is better than that of group A and group B, group B is betterthan group A to improve symptoms.7.Compare three sets of main symptoms before and after the treatment, compared before andafter treatment group A, dizziness, headache, lumbar debility statistically differences (P <0.05), significant symptoms improved after treatment; Irritability, five upset hot, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation, heart palpitations, insomnia, tinnitus and forgetful had nostatistical difference (P>0.05), after treatment symptoms did not see obvious improvement;Group B before and after treatment comparison, dizziness, headaches, irritability, lumbar acidknee soft, constipation, insomnia, tinnitus has statistics difference (P <0.05), the symptomsare improved from the previous; Five upset hot, dry mouth, mouth pain, constipation, heartpalpitations, forgetfulness has had no statistical difference (P>0.05), after treatment thesymptoms did not see obvious improvement; Group C compared before and after treatment, dizziness, headache, irritability, waist acid knee soft, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation, insomnia, tinnitus has statistics difference (P <0.05), before symptoms improved significantly;Five upset hot, heart palpitations, forgetfulness has had no statistical difference (P>0.05), thesymptoms did not see obvious improvement after treatment. Group C after treatment and Acomparison between way, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation, insomnia, tinnitus has statistics difference (P <0.05), curative effect is better than that ofgroup A and group C; Irritability, lumbar debility, five upset hot, heart palpitations, forgetfulness, no statistical differences (P>0.05), two groups of curative effects. Comparisonbetween group B and group A, insomnia, tinnitus has statistics difference (P <0.05), curativeeffect is better than that of group A and group B; Dizziness, headache, irritability, lumbardebility, five upset hot, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation, heart palpitations, forgetfulness,no statistical differences (P>0.05), two groups of curative effects. Comparison betweengroup C and B way, dizziness, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation has statistics difference(P <0.05), curative effect is better than that of group B and group C; Headache, irritability, lumbar debility, five upset hot, heart palpitations, insomnia, tinnitus and forgetful nostatistical differences (P>0.05), two groups of curative effects. Conclusion:1."Ju Ming granule" with auricular application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for Ⅰstage hypertension patients have obvious antihypertensive effect, three groups of patientsbefore and after treatment compare systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantlydecreased, with statistical significance. Efficacy of systolic blood pressure, group C comparedwith group B and group A decreased more; Efficacy of diastolic blood pressure, there was nostatistically significant difference compared three groups.2.Three groups of patients treated during a period of first weeks,2weeks,4weeks,8weeks indifferent time for blood pressure reduction in amplitude comparison, first weeks on bloodpressure lowering effect not apparent, at second weeks,4weeks,8weeks can significantlyreduce blood pressure, the difference has statistical significance.3."Ju Ming granule" together with the auricular application pressure method can effectivelyimprove the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment group A,dizziness, headache, lumbar debility in terms of improved compared with before treatment;Group B after treatment, dizziness, headaches, irritability, lumbar acid knee soft, constipation, insomnia, tinnitus aspects than before treatment significantly improved; Group C aftertreatment, dizziness, headache, irritability, waist acid knee soft, dry mouth, mouth pain, constipation, insomnia, tinnitus aspects than before treatment significantly improved. GroupC for dizziness, headache, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation, insomnia, tinnitus symptomsimproved better than group A; Group B for improvements in the symptoms of insomnia, tinnitus is superior to group A; Group C of dizziness, dry mouth, bitter mouth, constipation toimprove superior to group B.4.Clinical application of Ju Ming granule combined with auricular point sticking withtraditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension intervention methods, safety, reliable.
