Localazation the englishi version of judgement about nursing decision(JAND) by translate, back-translate and culture adjustment, evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese Version of JAND.2. To investigate the level and related factors of critical thinking disposition among the clinical nurses.3.To investigate the level of the clinical nurses’the competence of nursing ethical decision making, analyze the influence factors of it.4. Analyze the relationship between critical thinking disposition and nursing ethical decision making, provide the theoretical basis for improving the clinical nurses’ competence of ethical decision-making.Method1. The English version of JAND was translated and back-translated, as well as cross-cultural adapted by the method of psychometrics to form the Chinese version of JAND, evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of JAND.2. The cross-sectional survey method is use to investigate the current situation of the competence about ethical decision-making and the critical thinking disposition, a total number of385clinical nurses were investigate by the CTD1-CV and JAND.Result1. The Cronbach’s a of the inventory was0.839, was0.567～0.891between the dimension; the Guttman split-half coefficient was0.752,was0.709～0.587between the dimension;the test-retested reliability was0.789,was0.605～0.641between the dimension. Factor analysis indicated the JAND was composed of9factors,which could explain60.93percent of the total variance, the factor loading value were0.388～0.973,the criterion-related validity was0.820(P<0.01)2. The total score of CTDI-CV was (284.85±26.76).The score of seven dimensions were as follow:truth-seeking (36.93±6.12); open-mindedness (40.95±4.74); analyticity(43.34±4.74):systematicity (40.33±5.33); self-confidence(39.93±5.39); inquisitiveness(43.31±5.84); maturity(40.06±7.24). Education background,age, professional title, length of working time, approaches to gain professional knowledge; critical thinking training were the related factors of the critical thinking disposition(P <0.05), multivariate linear regression analysis showed that education background.critical thinking training and length of working time entered the regression equation, the education background of impact on the total score of the largest,followed by critical thinking training and length of working time.3. The total score of JAND was(267.91±16.62).the score of two dimension was as follow:knowledge of ideal ethical practice(145.66±9.47).the actual ethical practice(122.25±8.84).Education background,approaches to gain professional knowledge, nursing ethical decision making training were the related factors of the competence of nursing ethical decision making(P<0.05),multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the way obtain professional knowledge,education background and nursing ethical decision manking training a entered the regression equation, the way obtain professional knowledge of impact on the total score of the larges,followed by education background and nursing ethical decision manking training.4. The clinical nurses’ competence of nursing ethical decision making was positively correlated with critical thinking disposition(r=0.257,P<0.01).Conclusion1. The Chinese version of JAND has good reliability and validity, it can be used in the investigation of the competence about nursing ethical decision-making of Chinese clinical nurses.2. In order to improve the level of clinical nurses’ critical thinking disposition, a variety of strategies need to be drawn up by nursing educators and clinical managers according to the related factors mentioned above.3. The results of this research only reflect the current situation of clinical nurses of5upper first-class general hospitals of Sichuan province.2.The related factors of the competence about nursing ethical decision making and critical thinking disposition only involves the nurses’professional titles..education background, age,etc.And needs the deep going research in the future. The questions which still have to discuss.Explore the relationship between the humanistic environment, family background. organization culture, study model and the competence about nursing ethical decision making and critical thinking disposition. |
