Objective:To investigate the current status and analyze the influential factors of ethicaldecision-making and moral judgment ability of the practice nursing students. To providereference for the nursing ethical education and cultivating the ethical decision-makingability of nursing students in clinic.Methods: Take samples of convenience sampling method to choose the nursing studentswho back to bengbu medical college when they had finished the practice,and who hadbeing in practical in the hospitals which were affiliated to bengbu medical college andwannan medmical college,account for550, The research instruments included thequestionnaire of Judgment About Nursing Decision(JAND)and Moral Judgment Test(MJT).The Statistical Methods of frequeney,percentage, t test,one way NOVA, LSD, Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wall nonparameter test,Pearson and Spearman correlation,multipleregressions and so on were used for analysing the collected data.Result:(1)The average scores of the ethical decision-makin ability of practice nursingstudents were (270.22±22.96);the average scores of ethical choice dimension of practicenursing students were (141.22±13.77), the average scores of ethical action dimension ofpractice nursing students were (129.00±12.70),and which accounted for5.9%at lowlevel,88.3%at middle level,5.8%at high level.The average scores of the moral judgmentability of practice nursing students were (19.77±4.95), and which accounted for27.4%atlow level,59.4%at middle level,11.5%at high level,1.7%at very high level.Thesignificant correlationship has been found between them, r=0.143,P<0.01.(2) There weresignificant differences in ethical decision-making ability among nursing students who werein the different gender,child, ethics courses, self–education level, practice time, studentscadres and father’s occupation(P<0.05). Forming multiple regression equation(JAND):self-education level and practice time are the most important influence factors.(3)Significant differences in the moral judgment ability among nursing students who were in the various self-education group (P<0.05). Forming multiple regressione quation(MJT):influence factor of self-education and the score of ethical choice dimension.The mostnursing students hold more against attitudes,75.5%person against the stealing behavior ofthe workers as outlined in the first dilemma, whereas61.9%person somewhat moretolerant towards and are slightly more sympathetic towards the doctor’s behavior ofimplement euthanasia outlined in the second dilemma.Conclusions:(1)The ability of ethical decision-making of nursing students are in themiddle level, dimension ethical acts is lower. In the influence factors:female nursingstudents is higher than male;non-only child,learned ethical courses,students cadres, doctoror teccher of the father’s occupation is higher than in the corresponding variable groups.Thelonger practicing time and self-education the ethical decision ability of the nursing studentsis higher.(2) Hospital and schools are important factor for nursing students.
