The Establishment Of High-quality Nursing Care Model And It’s Effectiveness Analysis

In order to enhance the work of clinical nursing care, the activities of "high-quality nursing care demonstration project" was carried out by the Ministry of Health across the country since the beginning of2010. It’s an important measurement to deepen the reform of medical and health system and to implement the modern scientific development outlook currently.In the paper, above said being taked as the study background, the high-quality nursing care activity of Central Hospital of Jinan being taked as the research object, the establishment of high-quality nursing care model and related contents are summarized, reviewed and analysed. The statistical analysis methods are used to study the related effectiveness.The lth chapter expounds the research background. Research shows that the building of the high-quality nursing care model is successful, it’s in line with the hospital characteristics and basic conditions, and it’s a new high-quality nursing care model.In the4th chapter,though carrying on the investigation of multi factors,such as patient satisfaction,nurse satisfaction,doctor satisfaction, the quantitative research is made for the effectiveness after the research object developed the high-quality nursing care activities. The paper points out that the estiblishment of high-quality nursing care model has positive and profound influences to the hospital.In the5th chapter,the paper’s research is summarized. The innovation and deficiencies are pointed out.The paper focuses on the activities of "high-quality nursing care demonstration project " carried by the Ministry of Health.Through the study of the activities devoleped by the research object,the establishment of high-quality nursing care model is refined and summarized. The related statistics and analysis parameter of the effectiveness are carried out. Research shows that the estiblishment of high-quality nursing care model implements the nursing ideas that is "people-oriented and taking the patients as the center",enrichs the new medical culture connotation that is "taking patients as the center and strengthening the nursing responsibility",and expands the connotation of nursing subject furtherly. The high-quality nursing care is adapt to modern medical development,in line with the national conditions. It’s the important content and the main direction for future medical reform.
