Objective: To explore the clinical effect of xin shang xu duan soup promotingossification in the callus traction region of the bone transport, which can provide thetheory and the application foundation for clinical use.Methods: Conforms to the inclusion criteria were retrospectively analyzed62cases oftraumatic crus large area skin and soft tissue defect combined large section of the casesof tibial bone defect, and willing to choose to take xin shang xu duan soup or not,including31cases choose to take, and31cases did not choose to take, respectively isset to the xin shang xu duan soup group and the blank control group. The cases of xin shang xu duan soup group began to take xinshang xu duan soup1week before the start of bone transport, continuous application of6weeks; The blank control group taking no xin shang xu duan soup intervention.Measuring and calculating the CDR (callus diameter ratios) of4weeks,8weeks,12weeks; If there was no obvious callus or the contact surface was too small in the boneends after3months intervention, positive bone graft should be performed at the boneends. When the radiographic examination demonstrated that there was vague callus andcortex bone, and the CDR≥85﹪,the healing of bone determined, and the externalfixation could be removed.Results: All the grafting tissues survived, the bone ends were completely healed,53cases for direct healing,9cases of iliac bone graft surgery; After except to fixed bracket,all cases are no secondary fracture or malunion. The mean value of CDR in the xin shang xu duan soup group in the4weeks,8weeks,12weeks were bigger than that ofthe blank control group, and there was significant difference in statistics. There wassignificant difference between the amounts of bone graft cases in the two groups. Themean value of the bone healing time of the xin shang xu duan soup group was shorterthan that of the blank control group, and there was significant difference in statistics.Conclusion: Xin shang xu duan soup used in the early and middle phases of bonetransport could promote osteogenesis in the callus traction region. To provide anothercase in point for its application in clinical evidence.
