| Objective:Observating the clinical efficacy of the prescription named "Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage"unite Dazhui Pricking and Cupping for treating Ance Conglobata,using scores of Skin Lesion and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome as evaluations,observating and analyzing the efficacy.Methods:102patients of Ance Conglobata coming from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medcine Dermatology outpatient service,were randomly divided into three groups,the number of the actual completion patients in The Needle Medicine Group is31,The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group is32,and The Medicine Group is33for exfoliating6cases in the process of research observation. Patients in The Needle Medicine Group admit the traditional Chinese medicine named "Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage"unite Dazhui Pricking and Cupping,and The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group takes "Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage",and The Medicine Group takes"Sarcandra dispersible tablets". Marking the scores of Skin Lesion and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of the patients from three groups before treatment and the2nd,4th and6th weekends after treatment, recording respectively improvements of the scores in each group at the different time points.Counting related adverse reactions of patients during treatment to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the method of Needle combined with drugs.Results:1. At the beginning of the2nd weekend of treatment, there has a significant difference between the scores of Skin Lesion, Subjective symptom and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in the prior treatment whether in The Needle Medicine Group,The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group or The Medicine Group(P<0.05),there has no significant difference in the scores of Subjective symptom and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome between The Needle Medicine Group and The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group(P>0.05),and there has a significant difference between The Needle Medicine Group/The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group and The Medicine Group(P<0.05);At the beginning of the4th weekend of treatment,the scores of Skin Lesion has a significant difference among The Needle Medicine Group,The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group and The Medicine Group(P<0.05).2.After6weeks of treatment, selecting the improvement of Skin Lesion scores as the efficacy judge index, the number of cured patients in The Needle Medicine Group is5, the number of excellence is17, the effective and invalid number is8and1, the totle effective rate is96.77%;In The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group, the number of cured patients is2, the number of excellence is13, the effective number is15, and the invalid is2, the total effective rate is93.75%;In The Medicine Group,1is cured,8is excellent,16is effective,8is invalid,the total effective rate is75.76%.There is a significant difference comparing the efficacy of the three groups of patients (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Comparison of The Needle Medicine Group, The Traditional Chinese Medicine Group and The Medicine Group, the former has the better effects in the remission of comedo,papule,impetigo,cyst,nodule than the latter two groups, Subjective symptom and traditional Chinese medicine score than The Medicine Group, and it has a notable curative effect,no obviously toxic side effects and higher security.2.The method of "Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage"unite Dazhui Pricking and Cupping is safely and effectively for treating Ance Conglobata. |
