Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Lumbar Oblique Pull Method Combined With Nerve Root Closed Cure The Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Lumbar oblique pull method combined with nerve root closed curing the lumbar disc herniation, Offer the reference for non-surgical treatment of the lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the order of the patients who want to treat in Orthopedic clinic deparment of MinDong Hospital, they will be divided randomly into three groups (group A,group B and group C):the30patients in group A (treatment group) were treated with Lumbar oblique pull method combined with nerve root closed, the30patients in group B(control group I) were treated with a simple nerve root closed, the30patients in group C(control group II) were treated with a simple pull oblique lumbar. All patients have to go through a course of treatment (A weekly treatment, treatment for4times in total), After3months of follow-up, Measured the intervertebral space height, Measured the lumbar lordosis value and the straight leg raising angle, According to JOA scoring system of the Lumbar spine disorders and VAS scoring system of the pain index assessed the treatment effects of after3months of treatment,The resulting data use the SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:After treatment by three months of follow-up,All patients had eased clinical symptoms of varying degrees, According to JOA scoring system of the Lumbar spine disorders and the state of Traditional Chinese Medicine"issued by TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy of standards"for determining the basis:group A (treatment group) were excellent in11cases, good in13cases, effective in4cases and poor in2cases, The total effective rate is90%; Group B (control group I) excellent in6cases, good in9cases, effective in9cases and poor in6cases, the effective rate is80%; Group C (control group II) excellent in5cases, good in8cases, effective in10cases and poor in7cases, the effective rate is76.7%. Three sets of data have statistically significant difference by the Nonparametric rank sum test. Conclusion:the clinical efficacy of Lumbar oblique pull method combined with nerve root closed curing lumbar disc herniation were better than the treatment of lumbar oblique pull method or the treatment of nerve root closed,It is an effective, safe and convenient the method of combination therapy.
