Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy row thorn triple burner meridian spastic paralysis of the upper limb after stroke, provides effective treatment for clinical.Methods:This study selected60cases of post-stroke patients with upper limb spasticity. Simple row of spines were randomly divided into a treatment group and a traditional triple burner meridian acupuncture control group of patients (30cases). In this study, the number of male is28and the number of female is32.the average age is55years old. TCM symptoms before and after treatment with acupuncture classification to quantify, Fugl-Meyer Assess score, modified Barthel Index composite score as indicators of efficacy.Results:1. Row of barbed triple burner meridian acupuncture and traditional acupuncture after treatment can significantly improve the modified Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer Assess score, clinical symptoms graded quantitative score. There are significant differences (P<0.05) comparing the two groups.2. Before the treatment Fugl-Meyer Assess score between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), comparing with a significant difference (P<0.05) between the treatment groups.3. Before the treatment, there is no significantly statistical differences between two groups in terms of the modified Barthel index score (P>0.05).By contrast, after the treatment, the two groups had significantly statistical differences.(p<0.05)4. Before the treatment, there is no significantly statistical differences between two groups in terms of TCM symptoms grading quantization score (P>0.05).By contrast, after the treatment, the two groups had significantly statistical differences.(P<0.05)5. After the treatment, the overall efficiency of the treatment group is90%.In contrast, the data of the control group is66.7%.Conclusion:The two groups could improve the level of patients’ spasticity of upper limbs after stroke, the activities of daily living, TCM symptoms and motor function of patients’upper limbs; the clinical effect of rows acupuncture on acupoints of the triple burner meridian is dramatically superior than the control group.
