Clinical Observation On Warming Acupuncture And Moxibustior At Wuzubeishu Point For Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Deficiency Of Lung Qi

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe the short-term and long-term effects of warming acupuncture at acupoints on acupoints on improving the quality of life of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung qi,and to provide more ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.MethodsSeventy-two patients with allergic rhinitis due to Deficiency of Pulmonary Qi Deficiency were selected from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Otolaryngology,Foshan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2019,and were randomly divided into five organs at a ratio of 1:1 There were 36 cases in the warm acupuncture moxibustion group at the back point and the warm acupuncture moxibustion group at the conventional point group.Acupuncture point selection of Wushu Beishu acupuncture moxibustion group:Feishu,Xinshu,Ganshu,Spleushu,Shenshu(both double),acupuncture point selection of conventional warm acupuncture moxibustion group:Shangyingxiang(double),Yintang,Fengmen(double),foot Sanli(Double),Feiyu(Double),Qihai.Operation method:After acupuncture at each point to get gas,the treatment group selects Feishu,Spleu and Shenshu(both double),the control group selects Fengmen(double),Zusanli(double),Feishu(double)and other points,at Place a paper skin between the needle body and the skin to prevent burns.Put the burning moxa stick into the acupuncture point.After about 20 minutes,the moxa stick burns out and the moxa ash is pulled out to remove the needle.The above treatment is 3 times a week,4 weeks is a course of treatment,treatment is 1 course of treatment.Before treatment,end of treatment(after 4 weeks of treatment),follow-up 1 month after the end of the course of treatment,follow-up 3 months after the end of the course of treatment were based on the total nasal symptoms Uni-VAS score,nasal conjunctivitis quality of life scale(RQLQ),TNSS 1.TNNSS evaluates the curative effect,and uses SPSS 20.0 software data package to perform statistics and analysis on the data collected by the institute.Results1.The age,sex,disease duration,VAS,RQLQ,TNSS,and TNNSS scores of the two groups of patients had no significant cause(P>0.05),and were comparable.2.In the comparative analysis of VAS symptom scores,there was no significant difference in the improvement of VAS symptom scores between conventional acupuncture and moxibustion at the back of Yushu acupoint after treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment(all P<0.05).3.In the comparative analysis of RQLQ total scores,the conventional warm acupuncture group was significantly lower than the Beishu acupoint warm acupuncture group after treatment,and the Beiyu acupuncture warm acupuncture group was significantly lower than the conventional temperature at 1 month and 3 months after treatment.The acupuncture group showed that the conventional warm acupuncture group improved better than the back acupoint warm acupuncture group at the end of treatment,and the back acupoint improved the quality of life of patients better than the conventional warm acupuncture group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment.(All P<0.05)4.In the comparative analysis of TNSS total scores,there was no significant difference in scores between the back acupoint warm acupuncture group and the conventional warm acupuncture group after treatment(P>0.05).One month after treatment,after treatment,At 3 months,the TNSS score of the back acupoint warm acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the conventional warm acupuncture group(P<0.05).5.In the TNNSS total score comparison analysis,there was no significant difference between the back acupoint warm acupuncture group and the conventional warm acupuncture group after treatment.Conclusions:1.Both Beishu acupoint warm acupuncture and conventional warm acupuncture groups can improve the quality of life and nasal symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung qi,and the best effect is 1 month after treatment.Conclusions1.The warm acupuncture moxibustion at Wushubeishu point and the conventional warm acupuncture moxibustion group can improve the quality of life and nasal symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis of Deficiency of Pulmonary Qi,and the best effect is 1 month after treatment.2.The warm acupuncture at Wuzuibeishu has a continuous short-term curative effect with conventional warming acupuncture.Conventional warming acupuncture improves the quality of life after the treatment is better than warming acupuncture at Wushubeishu,and 1 month after warming acupuncture at Wuzubeiyu.Three months after treatment,improving patients’quality of life is better than conventional warm acupuncture.3.The five viscera back-shu points are easy to operate and have less stimulation,which can improve patient compliance and ensure the implementation of treatment plan.4.This study expands the spectrum of therapeutic diseases of Wushu Beishu points.
