ObjectiveThrough the clinical nurses’ Subjective Well-Being and Job Satisfactionsurvey, Understanding the status of clinical nurses’ Subjective Well-Being andJob Satisfaction. Analysis of different individual characteristics of nursesSubjective Well-Being difference,Job Satisfaction influence the Subjective Well-Being, and the size of correlationbetween the two. For medical institutions to develop stable clinical nurse teameffective measures, reduce clinical nurses turnover, alleviate the shortage ofnursing human clinical nursing talents and establish a long-term to provide ascientific basis for sustainable development of clinical care.MethodsThe questionnaire is divided into three parts: general information,GWB,Clinical nurse Job Satisfaction scale.Make the questionnaire survey on350nurses. Use SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing. Statistical testlevel0.05, The constituent ratio describe clinical nurse general demographicdata; The mean and standard deviation to describe the clinical nurse SubjectiveWell-Being and Job Satisfaction scores and scores; The single factors impactanalysis of demographic data and Subjective Well-Being and dimension usingt-test and one-way ANOVA analysis; Using stepwise multiple regressionanalysis of the main affecting factors of Subjective Well-Being of nurses.ResultsClinical nurse Subjective Well-Being scores descending order: Life satisfaction and interest(6.96±1.71), Health worried (8.35±2.35),Emotional and behavioral control(11.62±2.31), Loose piece and tension(15.64±3.26), Energy(16.25±3.79), Melancholy, cheerful mood(17.71±3.86),Different education levels, marital status, establishment, departments, salarynurses Subjective Well-Being scores the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Different seniority, age nurse Subjective Well-Being scoresthe differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Clinical nurse Job Satisfaction scores descending order: Work itself(3.32±0.58), Relationship with colleagues(3.27±0.52), Work recognized(3.25±0.52),Family/work balance(3.21±0.78), Management(3.16±0.61), Personalgrowth and development(3.02±0.54), Wages and welfare(2.86±0.59), Workload(2.44±0.48).The nurse Subjective Well-Being and overall Job Satisfaction correlation(r=0.307,P<0.01), Among them, Life satisfaction and interest and Management,Wages and welfare, Family/work balance, was significantly related(P<0.05).Energy and Job Satisfaction variables(In addition to Work load, Work itself), wassignificantly related(P<0.01). Melancholy, cheerful mood and Job Satisfactionvariables(In addition to Work load) was significantly related(P<0.01). Emotionaland behavioral control and Management, Family/work balance was significantlyrelated(P<0.05).Loose piece and tension and Job Satisfaction variables(Inaddition to Work load, Work itself, Work recognized),was significantlyrelated(P<0.05).Influence factors of nurses Subjective Well-Being have:departments(Beta=0.804),salary(Beta=0.740),education,levels(Beta=0.971),marital.status(Beta=1.477),establishment(Beta=1.832),Management(Beta=0.185),Relationship with colleagues (Beta=0.145), Family/work balance(Beta=0.263),work load(Beta=-0.208). ConclusionsClinical nurses Subjective Well-Being overall score and female norm existdifferences, And higher than the norm score, but there are still40%nurses withlow Subjective Well-Being.Different marital status,education levels, departments, salary,establishment, titles, overall Clinical nurses Subjective Well-Being differences.Married, low educational background, in internal medicine or outpatient,lowtitles, low income of employed nurses have low subjective well-being. Tips onimproving Subjective Well-Being of nurses should consider their personal andwork conditions.Clinical nurses’ Job Satisfaction in the overall level of satisfaction level, Andmost satisfied with the work itself, but there are still43%of the nurses are notsatisfactory level.350nurses Subjective Well-Being and overall Job Satisfaction correlation.Job satisfaction variables (in addition to the workload, work itself) with theSubjective Well-Being exist significantly related.Departments, salary, education levels, marital status, establishment,Management, Relationship with colleagues, Family/work balance, work load,better predict the overall Subjective Well-Being.
