| Objectives To understand the status quo with performance salary satisfaction and analyse influencing factors of clinical nurse. It can help hospital managers basis to develop strategy of salary management and motivate nurses effectively, improve the working efficiency and improve nursing quality.Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey among the clinical nurses of a third grade class-A hospital in Shijiazhuang City by convenience sampling method from August to September in 2015.850 questionnaires were took off,850 valid questionnaires were received. The survey tools include the scale of clinical nurses in general(general demographic data, work status information, attitudes related by salary policy), the scale of performance pay satisfaction and the scale of job performance data collection. The database used in Excel table and the SPSS22.0 statistical software used for statistical data analysis, specific methods as follows: variance analysis and t test were used in the single factor analysis of performance pay satisfaction measurement data, multi-factor performance salary satisfaction analysis to single factor analysis in P < 0.05 variables such as age, work experience, marital status, job title, personal income, night shift, work difficulty, job satisfaction, performance appraisal satisfaction, the number of children.Taking the total average salary satisfaction of clinical nurses as dependent variables, we made multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis.Besides, person correlation analysis was made between the clinical nursing staff salary satisfaction and job performance.Results 1 The status quo of clinical nurse performance salary satisfaction was as follows:the total score of clinical nurses’ satisfaction of performance salary was 80.94 ±17.63, the score distribution of fair satisfaction was 27.85±5.47, the score of procedural justice satisfaction was 39.25±10.72, the dimension score of interactional justice satisfaction was13.84±2.08.In a word,three dimensions of the satisfaction of clinical nurses performance salary from high to low followed by interactive justice satisfaction, distributive justice satisfaction and procedural justice satisfaction.2 The satisfaction of clinical nurses performance salary and single factor analysis showed that it is of significant statistical significance(P < 0.05)among age, self realization value, family support, gender, education,marital status, performance appraisal satisfaction, the number of children, children spend,family support differences.3 The satisfaction of clinical nurses performance salary influential factors showed age, work experience, marital status, work pressure, title, job performance, work intensity, performance appraisal satisfaction, position, gender, working hours per week, self value, number of children, income difference.Conclusions 1 The total score of clinical nurses’ satisfaction of performance salary was80.94±17.63 and three dimensions of the satisfaction of clinical nurses performance salary from high to low followed by interactive justice satisfaction, distributive justice satisfaction and procedural justice satisfaction. 2 The multiple linear regression analysis of multiple factors from high to low included age, work experience, marital status, work pressure, title, job satisfaction, work intensity, performance appraisal satisfaction, position,gender, working hours per week, self value, number of children, monthly income. |
