In recent years, in the medical industry, with the development of medical andhealth related laws and regulations, system consummation, popularize legalknowledge, enhance public awareness of rights, the public is also rising on thehealthcare requirements, the traditional sense of the relationship between doctors andpatients and thus change greatly, to break the old common interests, disputes betweendoctors and patients is increasing day by day, every year more than onemillion from the occurrence of medical disputes, especially in recent years, theincidence of disputes increased significantly, an increase of more than100%Inaddition to newspapers, television, magazines and other public media, the settlementof medical disputes is facing great difficulties, the medical staff, hospitaladministrators and medical management pressure, how to maintain the normalmedical order, at the same time, the majority of patients from physical andmental harm, become the hospital managers need to consider and solve problemsMedical disputes has become a social problem, it involves not justconfined to patients, hospital, the Justice Department and the administrativedepartment of health, this problem can`t be underestimated.As hospital administrators, therefore, how to timely and effective way of dealingwith medical disputes, to calm patients, hospital reputation and interests, promote themedical and social harmony has great realistic significance. For this study, combiningwith the experience in hospital management work of the author, this papersummarizes the current research status at home and abroad about doctor-patient,closely combining with our hospital in recent10years of medical dispute case,through to the hospital administrators and medical staff and patients, interviews,questionnaire survey and so on a variety of ways, summarized the generalcharacteristics of medical disputes, analyze and discuss the hospital of medicaldisputes, patients and society three aspects of reasons, and further puts forwardrelevant prevention measures and countermeasures, social, medical and the patient centered on three aspects, including:①strengthen the government responsibility,improve the system of medical treatment system;②perfect the legislation, establishand improve the medical dispute mediation mechanism;③to correct themisunderstanding of the news media, strengthen social positive guidance of publicopinion;④strengthen the management of medical quality;⑤improve the level ofmedical personnel professional ethics, strengthen the service consciousness;⑥Improve the level of medical staff business;⑦to improve the medical staff ofmedical risk consciousness and legal consciousness;⑧strengthen the communicationbetween with the patient, and improve the patients for medical trust;⑨improve thepatients’ legal consciousness, to keep its rationality. Hope can reduce thedoctor-patient contradiction for the better, provide reference to build a harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship.
