Objective: Discussion chronic superficial gastritis (Chronic superficial gastritis, CSG)and TCM syndrome and Type A behavior correlations clearly the relationship that existsbetween the two, for the patient to provide guidance based on the daily behavior, improvehealing and reduce the relapse rate, to provide a basis for future research information. Methods: The study of general information on200cases of chronic superficialgastritis patients and200healthy people (gender, age, culture degree, occupation) clinicalsymptoms and200cases of patients with serious investigation, analyzing and referring to "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principle " and " Chinese Medicine Departmentof internal medicine through the clinical symptoms of patients "(Sixth Edition)","stomach-ache " Weipi " theory, combined with digestive department chief physicianexperts identify patients with the syndrome type of traditional Chinese Medicine. All of theparticipants were carefully fill in the questionnaire of type A behavior. All of theparticipants were carefully fill in the questionnaire of type A behavior. The questionnaireafter recovery, input all data into computer, statistical data, then to study factors, statisticalanalysis was performed using SPSS16.0statistical software. The first general situation andthe risk of disease group and healthy group factors were evaluated by univariate chi-squaretest, then the Logistic regression analysis of risk factors.Results:(1)Comparison between the case group and control group, which had nosignificant difference in gender, age, culture degree, the chi-square test (p>0.05), nostatistical significance. Constitute the type A behavior in the two group than by chi-squaretest of X~2=29.942P=0.000, there were significant differences in composition than the casegroup and the control group behavior type. The cases of type A behavior (A+mA)accounted for64.5%, the control group of type A behavior (A+mA) accounted for41%,chi-square test, X~2=22.157P=0.000, the two have obvious differences. And the average scores were compared, the case group were higher than those in the control group, but the ttest, TH (P=0.019<0.05) and TH+CH (=0.0195<0.05) score significantly, while the CHscore had no significant difference (t=1.3564p=0.1764>0.05). Logistic regression analysison the relation between type A behavior and chronic gastritis, type A behavior(P=0.000<0.01OR=2.615) is the cause of CSG.(2) For the traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome of case patients, disharmony between liver and stomach76people accounted for38%, the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome40people accounted for20%,39accounted for19.5%of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, deficiency of stomach yin31people accounted for15.5%, the stomach collateral stasis14people accounted for7%,the number of type A behavior in different syndrome types. Ratios were: liver and stomachdoes not and permit64people accounted for84.2%; spleen and stomach weakness14people accounted for35%;22people accounted for66.7%of Spleen-stomach damp-heatsyndrome; deficiency of stomach yin17people accounted for54.8%; stomach collateralstasis accounted for42.9%and6, respectively. In the control group and type A behaviorthan by chi-square test, the inconsistence of liver and stomach syndrome, damp-heat inspleen and stomach and the control group had significant difference (P<0.05), while thespleen and stomach weakness, deficiency of stomach yin, stomach collateral blood stasissyndrome with no significant difference (P>0.05). Type A behavior in the disharmonybetween liver and stomach syndrome and damp-heat in spleen and stomach accounted forthe proportion of difference is obvious (X=4.663P=0.031).Conclusions: Type A behavior is the pathogenic factors of CSG, TH factor as themain pathogenic factors; and the incoordination between the liver and stomach and spleenCSG most closely, the close degree of disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome ishigher than that of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.
