The Observation Of Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction's Curative Effect In Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis Which Belongs To The Type Of Weakness Of Spleen.

Purpose: To obserbe curative effect of traditional Chinese prescription Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction in treating chronic superficial gastritis and to preliminary explore its operation mechanism of curing chronic superficial gastritis.It is made up of Aucklandia lappa, Amomum Billosum Lour, Codonpsis pilosula Decne Nannf, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Poria cocos wolf, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, Citrus reticulata Blanco, Pinellia ternata Breat and Corydalis, Curcuma, Sepiella maindroni de Rochebrune. It has the function of supplementing qi and harmonizing the stomach> promoting the circulation of qi and activating blood circulation warming the middle-warmer to alleviate pain.Method:63 cases were divided into two groups. The treat group which has 33cases was treated with Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction, a dose of 300ml p.d. drink 150ml in the morning and 150ml in the evening, while the matched controlled group which has 30cases was treated with the capsule of Omeprazole, 20mg, qd. According to some related articles and books, we designed the questionnaire and asked the patients to fill in it before and after treatment .When the investigation is over,we make records about every questionnaire and put the data into computer. Finally, we deal with the data by SPSS 13. 0 and draw the conclusion.Results:Clinical symptom effect :The treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in the improvement of midsectional distension stomachache, loss of appetite, tiredness, eructation, watery stool, impotence of defecation (P < 0.05). While compared with the matched controlledgroup, the improvement of acid regurgitation> singing in intestines and fart had no significant differences (P>0.05) .Curative effect in electro-gastroscope examination:Completely recov ered rate of the treatment group was 42. 9%, significant effect rate was 32.1%,effect rate was 17. 9%, inefficiency was 7.1%;completely recovered rate of the matched controlled group was 15.4%, significant effect rat e was 23.1%, effect rate was 15. 4%, inefficiency was 50. 0%. Analyzed by R idit Test, it showed the treatment group was better than matched control led group in curative effect in electro-gastroscope examination(P<0. 0 5).Improvement of gastric mucosa' s inflammation in histology: Completely recovered rate of the treatment group was 46. 4%, significant effect rate was 25. 0%, effect rate was 21. 4%, inefficiency was 7.1%;completely recovered rate of the matched controlled group was 19. 2%, significant effect rate was 23. 1%, effect rate was 15. 4%, inefficiency was 42. 3%. Analyzed by Ridit Test, it showed the treatment group was better than matched controlled group in improvement of gastric mucosa' s inflammation in histology (P<0.05).The rate of eliminating HprThe treatment group' s rate of eliminating Hp was 70. 0%;and the matched controlled group' swas 90.5%.Analyzed by X2 Test, P<0. 05, it had significant differences between the two group. The matched controlled group was better than the treatment group in the rate of eliminating Hp.Compositive curative effect:In the treatment group, (58. 7%)18cases were cured, (24. 3%)7cases had no significant effect, (9. 5%)3cases were effective, (9. 5%)3cases had no effect, general effect rate was 92. 5%;and in the matched controlled group, (36. 7%) llcases were cured, (23. 3%)7cases had no significant effect, (13. 3%)4cases were effective, (26. 7%)8cases had no effect,general effect rate was 81.4%. Analyzed by Ridit Test, P < 0.05, significant differences was found between the two group.Conclusion:Using Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction to treat chronic superficial gastritis which belongs to the type of weakness in the spleen, was better than the group treated by Omeprazole in clinical symptom effects improvement of gastric mucosa' sinflammation etc . But in the rate of eliminating Hp, Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction was not as good as "Standard-Triple-Combination"therapy(PPI+Clarithromycin+Amoxici11in or Metronidazole), but it has the merit of significant clinical symptom improvements less side-effects no obvious character of counteracting drug> cheap price an d patient is easy to accept.So it is recommened to popularize applicati on.
