The Clinical Research Of Bi Dou Qing Mixture In The Treatment Of Children With Acute Sinusitis

Objective: To observe the clinical eiffcacy of Bi Dou Qing mixture in treating acutesinusitis in children belongs to the spleen and stomach syndrome. And to explore themechanism of Bi Dou Qing mixture in treating acute sinusitis in children belongs to thespleen and stomach syndrome rfom two aspects of theory and clinical research.Methods: The60observed cases were randomly divided into Bi Dou Qing mixture treatment group and Biyuanshu Oral liquid control group,and each group contains30people.The treatment group was treated Bi Dou Qing mixture and the control group was given Biyuanshu oral liquid.7days is a course of treatment and each group was given two courses. The efifcacy evaluation consists three assessmentof symptoms, signs and scoirng of symptoms systemic. Finally, the results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. And the clinical eiffcacy of the two groups were observed.Results: It is valid that the treatment group and control group in treating children with acute sinusitis. In the treatment group3cases were cured,13cases weresignificantly effective，13cases were Improved and1case was invalid. The totaleffective rate was96.67%(29/30). The total effective rate of the control group was73.33%(22/30). There were signiifcant difference between the total eiffciency of the two groups (P <0.05).The two groups of drugst were not found adverse reactions during treatmen.Conclusion: The effect of Bidouqing mixture in the treatment of Spleen-stomach damp-heat acute sinusitis in children is significant.
