| Objective:The thesis explores the composion of the acupuncture treatment recipesthrough analyzing and studying TCM clinical papers that are used for treating Sub-healthstate typed liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Emphasis was put on analyzing themost frequently used points,treatment methods.As a result,a summary is given,listingacupoint treatment recipes that are effective and can be applied as standard modelds forSub-health state treatment.Methods:Based on CNKI China journal full-text database (1990~2012.4),Chinese sci-tech periodical database(1990~2012.4), Wanfang Data((1990~2012.4),retrieved, and the library of cross retrieval, complement each other. Each libraryrespectively with "acupuncture" or " acupuncture and moxibustion" and "sub health" or"Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" or " liver stagnation and spleen deficiency" as the keywordsearch, literature will be collected using artificial reading method, according to theincluded, exclusion criteria to choose. And then input data into Microsoft Excel database,using frequency statistics application frequency more acupoints.Results:Retrieved conforming with71references, to change the treatment effect ofacupuncture points is57. Including fourteen meridians acupoints in52, the outside singularpoint and custom five acupoints.52specific acupoints in the hole with33useful,accounted for63.46%, including Five-shu points12, Back-shu points6, Front-mu points7,Yuan-source points6, Luo-connecting points4, eight influential points, Lower confluentacupoints2, Eight-extra meridian confluent points3.In front of15high-frequencyacupoints:Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Bihui(DU20),Taichong(LR3),Pishu(BL20),Ganshu(BL18),Shenshu(BL23),Neiguan(PC6),Geshu(BL17),Xinshu(BL15),Guanyuan(RN4),Zhongwan(RN12), Feishu(BL13),Qihai(RN6),Hegu(LI4). Conclusion:By studying modern TCM acupuncture papers we dicussed the law ofcombining points and analyzed the most commomly used acupoints.On behalf of the datawe acumilated we were able to introduce a standard acupuncture recipie treatment andhelp develop a direction for an appropriate acupuncture therapy for treating Sub-healthstate typed liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. |
