Purpose: the pace of modern life increases, health issues have increase attention. "Sub-healthy" and appeared in people’s lives. Because of China’s economic and social factors,reach in China started late, until 90 days the medium-term, scholars put forward "sub-health". And then began to study deeply. According to WHO ’s global survey shows that75% people in sub health state. truly healthy person in the world is only 5%, and the rest 20% people was suffering from diseases. According to statistics, sub-health has more than 7 million people. Intellectual workers than manual workers, They play great important role, social more and more attention their physical and mental health. Current domestic scholars ’ research on sub-health status of traditional Chinese medicine has little data about stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency that mechanism of action and intervention. In order to carry out " National medium and long-term development planning outline Health strategy" forward. Starting from the health needs take advantages of TCM about preventive treatment of disease, According to sub-healthy ’s symptoms of identify and mechanism of action and intervention. To do extensive scientific research, It has a broad development prospects.Method: 1. Data compilation. Search and sort the materials about Chinese medicine’s research on sub-health status, determine the research direction and form a compilation. 2. The questionnaire survey: make a comprehensive investigation. Combination of individual questionnaires and personal interviews. Refer to previous questionnaire editing experience. According to this topic have a purpose modify. Do reliability and validity test.First of all using Excel to input data, and then use SPSS19.0 to statistical analysis. 3.Experts research. According to the results of the questionnaire, The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and psychology experts did investigations. Modify the problems with appeared in the process of research. Research on data further again, and then make the final results. 4.Intetvention follow-up. Formulation and implementation of Chinese medicine intervention program. Follow-up the results of interventions.Result 1. questionnaire 1000, questionnaires 948, remove unqualified and not up to the standard, practical and effective questionnaire 839. Questionnaire return rate for 94.8%, representing a 88.5%. 2. Through 722 sub-health state analysis,come to the conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation of sub-health:stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency 395(54.07%); stagnation of liver qi:136(18.84%);pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI:68(9.42%);syndrome of qi deficiency of heart and spleen:54(7.48%);syndrome of qi defi-ciency of spleen and lung:32(4.43%);syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency:20(2.70%);yin deficiency of liver and kidney17(2.35%). Result:Conclusion: 1. The analysis of the survey, the morbidity rate of Sub-health is 86.4%,consistent with the World Health Organization on sub-health statistics and probability, slightly higher than others provinces sub-health statistical probability. 2.The TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) Sub-health distribution of syndrome the dominating is: stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency, stagnation of liver qi, pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI.Among all accompanied syndrome, stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency topped the list. 3. The onset of Sub-health stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency mainly between 31-40.Major group is: women, married person and people who have bachelor’s degree. We should pay attention to it. 4. Stagnation of liver qi generate spleen deficiency more than spleen deficiency generate stagnation of liver qi.Main reason is social life and work stress. 5. TCM intervention: People who is stagnation of liver qi generate spleen deficiency should use shu gan jie yu medicine,adjust attitude, reduce job stress, turn to lower intensity. People who is spleen deficiency generate stagnation of liver qi should keep reasonable diet, together with jian pi shu gan medcine,arrange working and rest time appropriately and adjust mood by oneself.
